Sika® Plastomix®-705 เป็นน้ำยาผสมคอนกรีตประเภท ลดน้ำระดับปานกลางมีส่วนผสมของสารละลายโพลีเมอร์สังเคราะห์ และสารเติมแต่ง

การจ่ายน้ำยา : เติมนํ้ายา Sika® Plastomix®-705 ในปริมาณที่เหมาะสมที่โรงงานผลิตคอนกรีต โดยใช้เครื่องจ่ายนํ้ายา อัตโนมัติผ่านท่อนํ้าเข้าสู่เครื่องผสมคอนกรีต ห้ามเติมนํ้ายาลงในทรายแห้งหรือซีเมนต์โดยตรง

อัตราการใช้ : ปริมาณที่แนะนำ 300 - 800 ซีซี ต่อนํ้าหนัก 100 กิโลกรัมของซีเมนต์ หรือซีเมนต์ที่มีส่วนผสม ทดแทน ปริมาณการใช้งานจริงขึ้นอยู่กับความต้องการและ ควรกำหนดจากการทดสอบ ภายในห้องทดลอง Sika® Plastomix®-705 ใช้ได้กับปูนซีเมนต์ปอร์ตแลนด์ทุกประเภท รวมทั้งปูนซีเมนต์ปอร์ตแลนด์ต้านทานซัลเฟตประเภทที่ 5 (S.R.C.) และปูนซีเมนต์ไฮดรอลิก

Shelf life : 12 months from the date of production If stored properly in undamaged, original, sealed packaging.
Storage conditions : Store in dry and cool conditions, protected from direct sunlight at temperature between 5°C and 40°C

pH-Value : 8.0 - 10.0 Approx.

Application Information
Dispensing : Add the correct amount of Sika® Plastomix®-705 at the concrete plant. Addition should be by automatic dispenser into the water line at the batching plant. Do not add directly on to the dry sand or cement.
Compatibility : Sika® Plastomix®-705 is compatible with all types of Portland Cement, including S.R.C. type and Hydraulic Cement.

Recommended dosage : 300 - 800 CC. per 100 kg. of cement or cementitious weight. Actual dosage depends on requirements and should be established from laboratory trials.
