ข้อมูลการใช้งาน
การจ่ายน้ำยา : สามารถเติมน้ำยา Sikament® NN-04 ลงในคอนกรีตสด หรือผสมลงไปในน้ำ ไม่แนะนำให้ที่จะผสมกับหินทรายโดยตรง ในกรณีผสมน้ำยาลงในคอนกรีตสด ควรเพิ่มเวลาการผสมอย่างน้อย 1 นาที ต่อปริมาณคอนกรีต 1 ลูกบาศก์เมตร

ปริมาณการใช้
อัตราการใช้ : 600 - 3,000 ซีซี โดยนํ้าหนักปูนซีเมนต์ 100 กิโลกรัม ปริมาณการใช้น้ำยาจริงขึ้นอยู่กับประเภท ของการได้มา, คุณภาพของซีเมนต์ หิน ทราย อัตราส่วนน้ำต่อซีเมนต์ และอุณหภูมิโดยรอบ ดังนั้น ในหลายๆกรณีจึงแนะนำให้ทำการทดสอบเพื่อหาปริมาณที่เหมาะสมก่อน
Sikament® NN-04 ใช้ได้กับปูนซีเมนต์ปอร์ตแลนด์ทุกประเภท รวมถึงปูนซีเมนต์ปอร์ตแลนด์ ต้านทานซัลเฟตประเภทที่ 5 (S.R.C.) และปูนซีเมนต์ไฮดรอลิก

Product Information
Composition : Modified Napthalene Sulfonate
Shelf life : 12 months from the date of production If stored properly in undamaged, original, sealed packaging.
Storage conditions : Store in dry conditions, protected from direct sunlight at temperature between 5°C and 40°C.
Density : 1.235 -1.260 kg/l (at temperature 25°C)
pH-Value : 8.0 - 10.0 Approx.

Application Information
Dispensing : Sikament® NN-04 can be added separately to the freshly mixed concrete or directly to the mixing water prior to its addition to the aggregates.
When added separately to the freshly mixed concrete, further mixing should take place for at least one minute per cubic meter.

Recommended dosage : 600 - 3,000 cc. per 100 kg. of cement weight. Exact dosage rates are dependent on the type of effect sought, quality of cement and aggregates, water/cement ratio and ambient temperature. Therefore, in many cases it is advisable to carry out trial mixes.
Sikament® NN-04 is compatible with all types of Portland Cement, including S.R.C type and Hydraulic Cement.
