น้ำยาบ่มคอนกรีต

Sika® Antisol® S TH เป็นน้ำยาบ่มคอนกรีตพร้อมใช้งาน ที่เป็นสารประกอบประเภทซิลิเกต เมื่อฉีดพ่นบนพื้นผิวคอนกรีตสด Sika® Antisol® S TH จะก่อตัวเป็นผลึกเล็กๆ อุดรูพรุนเล็กๆ บนผิวคอนกรีตซึ่งจะช่วยลดการระเหยของน้ำในคอนกรีต ทำให้ปฏิกริยาไฮเดรชั่นในคอนกรีตเป็นไปอย่างสมบูรณ์ ทั้งนี้การยึดเกาะ ของงานแต่งผิวที่ตามมาหลังการบ่มคอนกรีตด้วย Sika® Antisol® S TH จะไม่ลดลง

การใช้งาน
พื้นผิวคอนกรีตในแนวดิ่ง
เมื่อทำการถอดแบบออกแล้ว ให้ฉีดพ่นพื้นผิวคอนกรีตด้วยน้ำสะอาด ให้เปียกชื้นก่อน แต่ต้องไม่มีน้ำขังที่ผิวหน้า จากนั้นจึงทำการพ่น Sika® Antisol® S TH ให้เป็นลักษณะฝอย ทับให้ทั่วพื้นผิว รักษาแรงดัน อุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการพ่น เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าพ่นน้ำยาได้สม่ำเสมอ
พื้นผิวคอนกรีตในแนวระนาบ
พ่น Sika® Antisol® S TH ให้เป็นลักษณะฝอย ให้ทั่วพื้นผิวคอนกรีต รักษาแรงดันอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการพ่น เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าพ่นน้ำยาได้สม่ำเสมอ

CONCRETE CURING AGENTSika® Antisol® S TH is a ready to use spray applied aqueous solution of metallic silicates which when applied to fresh concrete forms a microcrystalline seal in the pores reducing the moisture evaporation rate from the mix, thus assisting in the complete hydration of the cement. Adhesion of subsequent treatments to concrete surface is not impaired.

Consumption depends on wind speed, temperature and humidity during application. These figures are theoretical and do not allow for any additional material due to surface porosity, surface profile, variations in level or wastage etc.

APPLICATION
Vertical Surfaces
After removing the formwork, dampen down the concrete thoroughly with fresh water
allowing the surface water to drain off.
Spray product in a fine mist to completely cover the concrete surface. Maintain the pressure in the application equipment to ensure a consistent spray.
Horizontal Surfaces
Spray product in a fine mist to completely cover the concrete surface. Maintain the pressure in the application equipment to ensure a consistent spray.
