การใช้งาน
Sika Boom® AP ใช้ปิดช่องว่างรูโพรงต่าง ๆ บริเวณโครงหลังคา รอยต่อ (วงกบ) หน้าต่างและประตู ท่อแอร์ ท่อระบายอากาศ ท่อระบายน้ำ โครงม่านหน้าต่าง งานฉนวนกันความร้อน ความเย็น กันเสียงสะท้อน และกันน้ำซึมผ่าน

การเตรียมพื้นผิว : พื้นผิวจะต้องสะอาด แห้ง แน่น และปราศจากคราบน้ำมัน จาระบี ฝุ่น คราบสีที่มีการทำสีไว้ และเศษปูนที่หลุดล่อนและไม่แข็งแรง
Sika Boom® AP สามารถยึดติดได้ดีกับพื้นผิวโดยไม่ต้องใช้น้ำยา รองพื้น หรือน้ำยากระตุ้นพื้นผิว พ่นน้ำสะอาดบนพื้นผิวเพื่อให้พื้นผิว เปียกชื้น ทั้งนี้เพื่อให้โฟมแข็งตัวอย่างเหมาะสม และป้องกัน ไม่ให้โฟมขยายตัวเพิ่มในภายหลัง
การทำความสะอาดเครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์ : ทำความสะอาดเครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์ทันทีหลังการใช้งานด้วย Sika Boom® Cleaner และ/ หรือ Sika® Remove -208 หากพบวัสดุแข็งติดอยู่กับเครื่องมือหรืออุปกรณ์ ต้องกำจัดโดย ใช้เครื่องมือทางกลเท่านั้น

Product Information
Composition : Polyurethane
Shelf life : Sika Boom®-AP has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of production, if stored properly in undamaged, original, sealed packaging, and if the storage conditions are met. Opened cans of Sika Boom®-AP must be used within 4 weeks.
Storage conditions : Sika Boom®-AP shall be stored in an upright position, in dry conditions, protected from direct sunlight and at temperatures between +5 °C and +25 °C.

Consumption can be regulated by adjusting the pressure on the valve.

Application steps
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION : The substrate must be clean, sound and homogeneous, free from oils, grease, dust and loose or friable particles. Paint, cement laitance and other poorly adhering contaminants must be removed. Sika Boom®-AP adheres without primers and/or activators. Pre-dampen the substrate with a mist spray of clean water, this ensures that the foam cures properly and also prevents secondary foam expansion.
CLEANING OF EQUIPMENT : Clean all tools and application equipment immediately with Sika Boom® Cleaner and/or Sika® Remover-208. Once cured, residual material can only be removed mechanically.
