วิธีการใช้งาน :
การเตรียมพื้นผิว

พื้นผิวต้องมีความแข็งแรง สะอาด แห้ง ปราศจากสิ่งสกปรก น้ำมัน จารบี และพื้นผิวต้องเรียบสม่ำเสมอ
สำหรับพื้นผิวคอนกรีตใหม่ต้องรอให้บ่มตัวเป็นเวลา 21 วัน

การรองพื้น

รองพื้นด้วย ดร.ฟิคสิท ไพร์เมอร์ เอส หนึ่งเที่ยวด้วยอัตรา 0.15 - 0.25 ลิตร/ตร.ม.

การทำงาน

คลี่ม้วน ดร.ฟิคสิท เซลฟ์ แอดฮีซิฟ ลงบนพื้นผิวที่รองพื้นด้วย ดร.ฟิคสิท ไพร์เมอร์ เอส แล้วตั้งม้วน ดร.ฟิคสิท เซลฟ์ แอดฮีซิฟ ให้ตรงกับแนวที่จะปูแล้วม้วนกลับในแนวก่อนปู ให้ขอบซ้อนกันอย่างน้อย 100 มม.ปลายทับซ้อนอย่างน้อย 150 มม.
ดร.ฟิคสิท เซลฟ์ แอดฮีซิฟ ควรจะนำไปใช้ปูพื้นผวทันทีหลังจากแกะกระดาษซิลิโคนออกแล้วกดรีดแผ่นเมมเบรนให้ยึดติดแน่นกับพื้นผิวโดยไม่ให้มีฟองอากาศ
รอบรอยต่อและรอบตอม่อ รางระบายน้ำ ฯลฯ ควรจะปิดผนึกด้วยวัสดุยาแนวที่เหมาะสมเพื่อป้องกันการรั่วซึม

Description :
Dr. Fixit Self Adhesive is a cold applied, elastomeric SBS modified bituminous waterproofing membranes, reinforced with a non woven polyester mat. With PE finish. Under side surface is the high quality easily removable release paper, which protects the adhesive side of the membrane during storage. A selvage provides excellent adhesion at overlaps and ensures the continuity of the waterproofing membrane system.

Method of Application
1. Surface preparation

Concrete substrate where the membranes are to be applied should be free from voids, dirt, grease. loose or coarse aggretes, and sharp protrusions.
New concrete shall be water cured. wood float finished. and be a minimum of 21 day old

2. PRIMER

Porous substrate such as concrete or brick should then be treated with Dr. Fixit Primer S at coverage rate of 0.15 - 0.25 ltr/m depending on porosity and allow to dry before application. Metal surfaes do not required any priming.

3. Application

Unroll the Dr.Fixit Self Adhesive Roll after application of primer
Align the Dr.Fixit Self Adhesive Roll correctly & re-roll it in alignment before applied
Allow a minimum 100 mm. overlap at the edge of the membrane and 150 mm. overlap at the ends.
Dr. Fixit Self Adhesive should be applied to the substrate immediately after removed the silicone continuously to the substrate without air pockets
All angles & abutments upstands should be sealed with extra care to ensure perfact bondage. Seal the edges well into grooves & protect with a suitable sealing product
