ดร.ฟิคสิท เรนโค้ท เบอร์ 3 คือ บิทูเมนอิมัลชั่น มีลักษณะข้นเป็นครีมสีน้ำตาลดำ ผสมน้ำได้ มีส่วนประกอบของยางบิทูเมน สารเคมี ผงแร่ มีความหนืดที่เหมาะสม สำหรับงานทำด้วยแปรงหรือม๊อบ เพื่อให้ได้ความมหนา และจะยึดเกาะกับผิวแห้ง หรือผิวที่มีความชื่นได้ดี
ดร.ฟิคสิท เรนโค้ท เบอร์ 3 ใช้สำหรับงานป้องกันน้ำ เมื่อมีปัญหาเรื่องการรั่วซึมหรือความชื่น ใช้ทาด้วยแปรงโดยมีแผ่นโพลีเอสเตอร์เป็นตัวเสริมแรงเพื่อให้เป็นแผ่นกันความชื้นและรั่ว – ซึม โดยไม่มีรอยต่อ เพราะแผ่นโพลีเอสเตอร์สามารถทำให้สำเร็จเป็นผืนเดียวกันตลอดทั่วพื้นหลังคา

ลักษณะการใช้งาน :

ป้องกันน้ำรั่วซึมบนหลังคา ผนังกำแพง รางน้ำ (คอนกรีต โลหะ กระเบื้องไม้ พลาสติก และอื่นๆ)
งานไม้ ทาป้องกันผุ
ป้องกันสนิม สำหรับหลังคา กัลวาไนซ์ โลหะ ท่อ และใต้ท้องรถยนต์
ป้องกันการกัดกร่อนคอนกรีต จากน้ำทะเล
ทาบนโลหะ หลังคา กัลวาไนซ์ เพื่อช่วยเก็บเสียงดังจากฝนตก

วิธีการใช้งาน
1. ทำความสะอาดพื้นผิวให้ปราศจากฝุ่น วัสดุที่หลุดร่อน และรองพื้นด้วยส่วนผสมของ ดร.ฟิคสิท เรนโค้ท เบอร์ 3 และน้ำด้วยอัตรา 1:1 ทิ้งใว้ให้แห้ง
2. ทา ดร.ฟิทสิท เรนโค้ท เบอร์ 3 ด้วยแปรง และทิ้งใว้ให้แห้งระหว่างชั้น โดยการทาในแนวตั้งฉากกันกับชั้นที่แล้ว
3. สำหรับงานกันรั่วซึม ที่ให้ความทนทาน และยืดหยุ่ดตัวสูงสุด ต้องเสริมด้วยแผ่นโพลีเอสเดอร์
4. การทาไม่ควรทาบนคอนกรีตที่ร้อนจัด และวันที่ลมแรงจัด เพราะผิวฟิล์มจะแห้งตัวเร็วมาก และป้องกันการระเหยของน้ำได้ ฟิล์ม และเป็นสาเหตุของการบวมพอง
5. หลังจากทา ดร.ฟิคสิท เรนโค้ท เบอร์ 3 ควรป้องกันพื้นผิวไม่ให้สัมผัสกับแสงแดดหรือการกระแทก โดยทาสีทับหน้าหรือปิดทับการกลบดิน หรือเทคอนกรีตทับ

ข้อควรระวัง

อุณหภูมิมี่เหมาะสมในการติดตั้งวัสดุกันซืม อยู่ระหว่าง 5 ถึง 35
ตรวจสอบความชื้นในอากาศและจุดน้ำค้างที่อยู่บนพื้นผิวก่อนติดตั้งวัสดุกันซึม
ควรมีวัสดุทับหน้าวัสดุกันซึม ป้องกันกันการสัมผัสกับแดดโดยตรง หรือใช้แผ่น protection board ป้องกัน
ไม่ควรเดินสัญจรบนวัสดุกันซึม โดยไม่มีวัสดุทับหน้า
ก่อนติดตั้งวัสดุกันซึมควรซ่อมแซมพื้นผิวให้เรียบ แข็งแรง และตรวจสอบความชื้นบนพื้นผิวก่อน โดยตรวจสอบท่อระบายน้ำ ท่อแอร์ พื้นผิวที่มีน้ำขัง เป็นต้น

Description :
Dr. Fixit Rainkote No.3 is a viscous dark brown smooth cream water borne bitumen emulsion, containing bitumen chemical, mineral filler. It is suitable consistency for application in relative thick films by brush or mop and bond firmly to either dry or damp surfaces.
Dr. Fixit Rainkote No.3 is used for waterproofing when damp or leakage are problems. It is applied by brush with reinforcement polyester to provide a water and damp proofing membrane without jointing/over lapping because the polyester could achieve complete continuity and integrating all over the roof

Area of Application :

Waterproofing for roof, wall, gutter (concrete, metal, tile, wood, plastic etc)
Corrosion protection for concrete from sea water.
Apply on metal or garvulnized roof for sound deadening.
Rot prevention for wood, timber.
Apply on metal or garvulnized roof for sound deadening.

Method of application
1. Clean off all dirt, loose material and prime with dilute Dr.Fixit Rainkote No.3 in proportion with water (1:1) and allow to dry.

2. Apply Dr.Fixit Rainkote No.3 by drush and allow it to dry between coats. Apply coat at right angles the previous coat.
3. For maximum durability and flexibility the coating can be reinfoeced with Dr. Fixit Roofkote Polymat
4. The application should not apply on hot concrete or at strong windy day because the surface film will dry very fast and prevent evaporation of the underneath and cause blisster.
5. The final application of Dr. Fixit Rainkote No.3 should be protected from sunlight or mechanical damage by paintung or using protection boards or backfilling

itayions & Precaution

Apply Dr. Fixit Rainkote No.3 when substrate is dry and ambient temperatures are 5 to 35 C
Check humidlty and dew point Apply Dr.Fixit Rainkote No.3 when surface tempreature is at least 5 C above aue point to prevent droplets of water forming on the surface.
Do not apply to expose reinforcing bars before concrete topping.
Do not directly heat containers with flame, stove, hot plate or ovrn. Use airless spray to get high application rate.
Patch and fill all voids and deep depressions in surface with appropriate patxhing material before applying Dr.Fixit Rainkote No.3 Carefully work material over irregular concrete to avoid pinkoles
Before applying Dr. Fixit Rainkote No.3, dam all drains and drain openings.
Do no0t leave Dr. Fixit Rainkote No. 3 without toop cating & do0 no0t Dr. Fi0xit Rainkote No.3 to be contact with direct sunlight without protection board install to protect surface.
