ดร.ฟิคสิท เซฟตี้ ควิค จีบี เป็นสีจราจรชนิดน้ำ ทำจากสีอะครีลิคชนิดพิเศษ เป็นสีผสมเสร็จที่ใช้น้ำเป็นตัวกลาง สำหรับใช้ตีเส้นและทำเครื่องหมายจราจรต่างๆ และจะสะท้อนกลับ (Retroreflective) ได้เมื่อโรยลูกแก้วบน ผิวหน้า และการสะท้อนแสงจะเกิดขึ้นหลังจากสีหลุดจากผิวหน้าของลูกแก้วเนื่องจากการจราจร ดร.ฟิคสิท เซฟตี้ ควิค จีบี มีคุณสมบัติแห้งต้วเร็ว สามารถเปิดการจราจรได้เร็ว ใช้พ่นหรือทำบนผิวทาง เช่น ผิวทางปอร์ตแลนด์ซีเมนต์คอนกรีต ผิวทางแอสฟัสต์ รวมทั้งขอบทาง

ลักษณะการใช้งาน :

ทําหรือพ่นบนพื้นผิวยางมะตอย คอนกรีตอิฐก่อ บิทูเมนมาสติคโลหะ เหล็ก
สําหรับตีเส้นและทําเครื่องหมายจราจรต่างๆ เช่นเส้นจราจรขอบทางที่จอดรถเส้นแบ่งเขตโซนหยุด
สําหรับทําเครื่องหมํายความปลอดภัยในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม
อะครีลิคตีเส้นพื้นและถนนสูตรน้ำ แห้งเร็วชนิดสะท้อนแสง

* ตามทฤษฎีโดยไม่เผื่อการสูญเสีย
* อัตราการใช้ขึ้นอยู่กับความเรียบและรูพรุนของผิวคอนกรีด

วิธีการใช้งาน
1. การเตรียมพื้นผิว
พื้นผิวคอนกรีดและยางมะตอย

พื้นผิวคอนกรีดหรือผิวยางมะตอย ต้องสะอาด แข็งแรง ไม่มีเศษสิ่งสกปรก ปราศจาก ฝุ่นผง คราบน้ำมัน แว็กช์ น้ำยาบ่มคอนกรีด จาระบี หรือคราบต่างๆ ที่จะมีผลต่อการยึดเกาะของวัสดุ
พื้นผิวคอนกรีดและยางมะตอยใหม่ ควรทำการบ่มไว้เป็นระยะเวลา 28 วัน
พื้นผิวเดิมที่มีรอยแตก เป็นหลุม รูโพรง ต้องซ่อมพื้นผิวให้เรียบ จากนั้นรอให้ผิวที่ซ่อมแห้งสนิทระยะเวลา 7 วัน
พื้นผิวต้องแห้ง โดยความชื้นผิวคอนกรีดไม่ควรเกิน 10%
พื้นผิวเดิมที่มีสีเก่าทาทับ หรือมีการหลุดล่อน ให้ขัดส่วนที่หลุดล่อนออกให้หมด
กรณีพื้นผิวเดิมหลุดล่อนให้ทำการสกัดส่วนที่หลุดล่อนออกจนถึงพื้นผิวที่แข็งแรง และฉาบซ่อมด้วยปูน สำหรับฉาบซ่อมแซมโครงสร้าง ดร.ฟิคสิท ยูนิรีแพร์ เอฟซี จากนั้นรอให้ผิวที่ซ่อมแห้งสนิท ผิวคอนกรีดควรขัดเรียบ

2. การติดตั้ง

กวนวัสดุให้เป็นเนื้อเดียวก่อนการใช้งานประมาณ 1-2 นาที
แนะนำให้ทำการติดตั้งในช่วงเข้าของวัน เพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงการติดตั้งขณะที่พื้นผิวมีอุณหภูมิสูง
ทาหรือกลิ้ง ดร.ฟิคสิท เซฟตี้ ควิค จีบี เป็นขั้นแรกในอัตรา 0.17-0.22 ลิตร/ตารางเมตร/รอบ
ทิ้งให้แห้ง 15 นาที ในแต่ละชั้น โดยทาชั้นต่อไปในแนวตั้งฉากกับขั้นแรก ทาอย่างน้อย 2 ชั้น
ควรปล่อยให้ ดร.ฟิคสิท เซฟตี้ ควิค จีบี แห้งอย่างน้อย 24 ชั่วโมง ก่อนการใช้งานเต็มที่
ดร.ฟิคสิท เซฟตี้ ควิค จีบี สามารถใช้ร่วมกับเครื่องพ่นสเปรย์ หรือเครื่องตีเส้นจราจรได้

3. ข้อควรระวัง

อุณหภูมิที่เหมาะสมสำหรับการทำงาน 10-35 องศาเซลเซียส
ห้ามผสมน้ำเพิ่มในสินค้า ดร.ฟิคสิท เซฟตี้ ควิค จีบี
ไม่ควรทำงานกลางแดดจัด หรือทำงานบนพื้นผิวที่ร้อนจัด แนะนำให้ติดช่วงเช้า ก่อน 10.00 น. หรือตอนเย็น
พื้นผิวปูนแต่ต้องแห้งสนิท โดยความชื้นที่ผิวปูนไม่เกิน 10%
ควรหลีกเลี่ยงการทำงานขณะที่ฝนตก ซึ่งจะทำให้ผิวเปียกชื้น มีผลให้สีแห้งตัวช้าและทำให้เกิดการบวมพอง รวมไปถึงความชื้นลอยตัวขึ้นมาในขณะที่สีกำลังแห้ง
ห้ามใช้ทาบพื้นที่มีน้ำซึมผ่านมาจากพื้นผิวคอนกรีดด้านล่าง
ห้ามใช้กับบริเวณที่ต้องแช่น้ำตลอดเวลา เช่นเก็บน้ำ สระว่ายน้ำ

4. การทำความสะอาด

อุปกรณ์และเครื่องมือ ควรทำความสะอาดด้วยทันทีหลังการใช้งานทันที เชื่องจากสินค้าแห่งตัวเร็ว

การแห้งตัวและระยะเวลาการแห้งตัว จะถูกกำหนดภายในได้การควบคุมอุณหภูมิและความชื้นสัมพัทธ์ต่ำกว่า 60% และที่ค่าเฉลี่ยของช่วงความหนาของฟิล์มสีแห้งของผลิตภัณฑ์

พื้นผิวแห้ง (สัมผัสได้) การทดสอบการแห้งตัวของสีด้วยการใช้นิ้วลูบสัมผัส พื้นผิวที่แห้งตัวอย่างสมบูรณ์จะไม่ปรากฎลายนิ้วมือ หรือให้สัมผัสที่เหนียว

ระยะเวลาแห้งทาทับได้น้อยที่สุด : ระยะเวลาสั้นที่แนะนำ ก่อนที่จะทำการทาสีในชั้นถัดไป

แห้ง/แห้งสมบูรณ์สำหรับใช้งาน : ระยะเวลาการแห้งตัวอย่างน้อยก่อนที่จะสามารถนำไปใช้งานถาวรกับสภาวะแวดล้อมที่ต้องการ/ในระดับกลาง

Description :
Dr.Fixit Zefti Kwik GB is special premixed water-based acrylic traffic paint for road line & road marking. Have retroreflective when mix glass beads on road surface.
Dr.Fixit Zefti Kwik GB is quick drying, quick to open to traffic, spray/brush application. Apply on Portland cement concrete, asphaltic concrete (bitumen) and on pavement kerb (sidewalk curb).

Area of Application :

Brush/roll/spray on bitumen (asphaltic concrete), concrete, brick, bitumen mastic system, steel, metal surfaces
Road line & other road markings such as parking, stop sign road marking
Warehouse, factory safety line

Rate of Uses
* Theoretical consumption without allowance for loss.
* Depending on surface porosity.

Method of Application
1. Surface Preparation
Concrete & Bitumen (Asphalt Concrete) Surface

Concrete & bitumen (asphalt conerete) surface must be strong, clean, free of loose dirty matenrials, dirt, oil stains, wax, mould release agent and concrete curing agent, greass, other stains that will affect Dr.Fixit Zefti Kwik GB adhesion
New conerete & bitumen (asphalt conerete) surface should be left to cure at least 28 days
Crack and porous surface must be repair and turn unto smooth surface. Allow repair surface to dry comletely free of moisture for 7 days.
Surface must be dry with moisture level not exceeding 10 %
Original painted surface with flaking paint, remove all flaked paints until reaching strong surface, repair remove surface with Dr.Fixit structitious mortar Dr.Fixit UniRepair FC then allow to dry, concrete surface must be sanded for smooth surface
Hairlene crack, crocodile-cracking and bughole can be cover with Dr.Fixit Zefti Kwik GB

2. Application

Thoroughly stir material 1 to 2 minutes prior to application
Recommend to apply in the morning to acoid applying on high surface temper during the day
Brush/roll 1st coat at 0.17-0.22 kg/sqm/coat coverage
Allow to dry 15 minutes prior to applying next coat, apply 2nd coat perpendicular from 1st coat. Brush/roll Dr.Fixit Zefti Kwik GB 2 coat minimum.
Should allow Dr.Fixit Zefti kwik GB to dry for 24 hours prior to fully open to traffic
Dr.Fixit Zefti Kwik GB can apply both by spray and road line marking machine

3. Precautions & Limitations

Working Temperature 10 to 35 °C
Do not mix water into Dr.Fixit Zefti kwik GB
Avoid applying under sunny weather & hot surface temperatures conditions. Recommend time to apply around before 10AM or in the evening in Thailand climate conditions
concrete surface must be concrete dry with moisture level no more than 10%
Avold applying under raining condition. Rain cause surface to be wet & moist slowing curirg time or Dr.Fixit Zefti kwik GB, causing air bubbles & delamination
Do not apply on area of negative water pressure such as area where water seep through concrete foundation
Do not apply area regularly immerse in water such as water tank, swimming pool

4. Cleaning

Immediately wash equipment and tools with water after application due to Dr.Fixit Zefti Kwik GB being quick drying

Drying and curing times are determined under controlled temperatures and relative
Humidity below 85%, and at average of the DFT range for the product.

Surface (touch) dry : The state of drying when slight pressure with a finger does not leave an imprin tackiness.

Dry to over coat, minimum: the recommended shortest time before the next coat can be applied.

Dried / cured for service : Minimum time before the coating can be pernanently exposed to the intended environment/medium
