ดร.ฟิคสิท โคลทาร์ อีพ๊อกซี่ 82 เป็นชนิดสองส่วน ประกอบด้วยน้ำมันโคลทาร์ เรซินอี่พ๊อกซี่เหลว และสารบ่มที่มีคุณภาพสูง แร่เฉื่อย สารเติมแต่ง และตัวทำละลาย สำหรับใช้เป็นสารเคลือบผิวเพื่อป้องกันการกัดกร่อนผิวคอนกรีต รวมทั้งโครงสร้างเหล็ก มีคุณสมบัติทนทานต่อสารเคมีที่ดีเยี่ยม รวมทั้งในสภาวะอากาศที่มีความเข้มข้นของสารเคมีหรือสิ่งปฏิกูลโสโครก น้ำเค็มและกรดอินทรีย์ กรดอนินทรีย์ และด่าง และเหมาะสำหรับทาโครงสร้างที่จมอยู่ใต้น้ำ เช่น ฐานรากโครงสร้าง, ถัง, งานบำบัดน้ำเสียโรงงาน น้ำทิ้ง จากท่าเทียบเรือ ฯลฯ

วิธีการใช้งาน
1. การเตรียมพื้นผิว

พื้นผิวจะต้องสะอาดและปราศจากคราบสิ่งสกปรก สนิม จารบี น้ำมัน ฯลฯ
ทำความสะอาดผิวคอนกรีตโดยใช้แปรงลวด แล้วใช้ลมเป่า และล้างผิวด้วยน้ำเพื่อกำจัดฝุ่นสะสม สิ่งสกปรกและเพื่อให้การยึดเกาะที่ดี
ทำความสะอาดผิวเหล็กและกำจัดสนิมออกโดยใช้แปรงลวด หรือใช้เครื่องพ่นทรายทำความสะอาดผิวเหล็ก
สำหรับพื้นผิวใหม่ให้ล้างทำความสะอาดคราบน้ำมันและไขมันโดยใช้ตัวทำละลาย เช่น น้ำมันสนหรือทินเนอร์
พื้นผิวต้องแห้งก่อนทา

2. วิธีการผสม

กวนส่วนผสม Part A และ Part B ด้วยเครื่องปั่นความเร็วรอบต่ำ (250-300 รอบต่อนาที) ให้เข้าเป็นเนื้อเดียวกันก่อนผสม
นำส่วนผสม Part B เทลงในถังบรรจุของส่วนผสม Part A
แล้วกวนส่วนผสม Part A และ Part B ให้เข้าเป็นเนื้อเดียวกัน ด้วยเครื่องปั่นความเร็วรอบต่ำ (250-300 รอบต่อนาที) นานประมาณ 3-5 นาที
ตั้งทิ้งไว้ 5 นาทีเพื่อให้ปฎิกิริยาทางเคมีเริ่มทำงานก่อนนำไปใช้งาน

3. วิธีการทำงาน

ทา โคลทาร์ อีพ๊อกซี่ 82 ด้วยแปรงหรือเครื่องพ่นลงบนพื้นผิวที่เตรียมไว้ ด้วยอัตราที่กำหนดไว้ (0.70 ลิตร/ตร.ม.) ให้ทาหรือพ่นอย่างน้อย 2 ชั้น
ปล่อยชั้นแรกให้แห้ง 8-10 ชั่วโมง 3-4 ซม. เมื่ออุณหภูมิบรรยากาศสูงกว่า 30 องศาเซลเซียส
ทาหรือพ่นทับชั้นที่สองในทิศทางตั้งฉากกับชั้นแรก
ปล่อยให้ผลิตภัณฑ์บ่มตัวเป็นเวลา 7 วัน

4. การทำความสะอาด

เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทำงาน ควรล้างทำความสะอาดด้วยน้ำมันทันทีที่ใช้งานเสร็จ

ข้อควรระวังและข้อจำกัด

กรณีเปิดบรรจุภัณฑ์ Part A แล้วเกิดการนอนก้นของสินค้า หรือเกิดการจับกันเป็นก้อนของสินค้าให้ใช้ เครื่องปั่นความเร็วรอบต่ำปั่น (250-300 rpm) ปั่นให้เข้าเป็นเนื้อเดียวกันได้ ก่อนนำมาผสมกับ Part B
สวมถุงมือและแว่นตาเพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงการสัมผัสกับผิวหนัง และดวงตาระหวางการทำงาน
ไม่เจือจางด้วยตัวทำละลายไดๆ
ใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์กระเด็นถูกผิวหนังให้ใช้ผ้าชุบด้วยอชิโทนเช็ดออกแล้วล้างด้วยสบู่และน้ำสะอาด
ทำงานในสถานทีที่มีอากาศถ่ายเทได้ดี

Description :
DR.Fixit Coal tar Epoxy 82 is two part coal tar epoxy based coating, composed of best quality dehydrated coal tar, liquid epoxy resins and curing agent, properly selected & graded inert fillers, additives and solvent. It is used as an anti-corrosive & protective coating for concrete as well as steel structure because it has excellent chemical resistance properties in atmosphere or in contact with chemical solutions such as effluents, sewage, salty water and organic / inorganic acids & alkalis. It is suitable for structures in submerged conditions like pipelines, foundations, tanks, sewage works, effluent plants, docks, harbor installations, etc.

Area of Application :

Corrosion resistant coating for concrete and metal structures such as

Sewage works
Effluent plants
Dock and harbor installations
Tanks
Cooling towers
Foundations above ground or in submerged conditions
Protection to surfaces exposed to tidal action

Method of Application

1. Surface Preparatiom

Surface must be clean and free from dirt, rust, grease, oil, and loose particles.
Thoroughly clean the concretesurface by harsh wire brushing. Clean the dust by compressd air.
Always wash the surface with water to remove acumulated dust & dirt to achieve good bomding
Remove rust scales, by wire brushing & scrapping. The best method to clean the surface is sand/grit blasting for best performance
For new surfaces to clean oil & grease use degreasing solvents, such as turpentine or thinners
Surface must be dry before application

2.Mixing

Stir Part A and Part B components with the mixer speed low at (250-300 rpm/min) homogeneous pre-mixed
Transfer the hardenrt component (part B) to base component (part A) container completely
Stir Part A and Part B components with the mixer speed low at (250-300 rpm/min) approximately for 3-5 minutes to homogeneous pre-mixed.
Allow mixed material to mature for another 5 minutes chemical reaction starts

3. Application

Apply the mixed Coal Tar Epoxy 82 by brush or spray over the prepared surface as recommend
Coverage rate (0.70 ltr/sqm.) minimum 2 coats application.
Allow first coat to dry for 8-10 hrs. (3-4 hrs. when atmospheric temperture is higher than 30 C
Apply second coat, in reveese direction of first coat.
Allow the coating to cure for 7 days.

Precautions & Limitations

It is advisable to wear hand gloves & safety glasses to avold contact with skin/eyes during. application..
Apply the material as supplied, do not dilte with thinners.
Apply the material as per the glven coverage retes to achieve the desire dry film thicknes.
Splashing into the eyes must be washad immediately with clean water and must see a doctor for medical advice.
Contact with skin can be removed with a cotton swab soaked in Acetone and subsequenthy washed with soap and water.
Provde proper ventilation, during application in tanks or close areas.
