เครื่องพ่นระบบไฮโดรลิคด้วยน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิง เป็นเครื่องพ่นแรงม้าสูงด้วยเครื่องยนต์ของฮอนด้า ที่มีอัตราความเร็วสูงสุด 12 ลิตร/นาที ด้วยแรงดันสูงสุด 228 บาร์ สามารถพ่นวัสดุที่มีความหนืดสูงหรือมีปริมาณของแข็ง 100% ได้ เช่น สีอะครีลิคและสีอีพ๊อกซี่ วัสดุกันซึมบิทูเมน อะครีลิคและโพลียูริเทน (มีส่วนผสมของไฟเบอร์) และสกิมโค้ทหรือโพลิเมอร์ชนิดพิเศษ (ไม่มีทรายผสม) เป็นต้น ประกอบด้วยหัวพ่นหลากหลายขนาด ปืนพ่น สายพ่น และตัวปั๊มลม เหมาะกับงานพ่นพื้นที่ขนาดใหญ่ ดาดฟ้า หลังคา Metal Sheet หลังคากระเบื้อง ท่าเรือ ตู้คอนเทนเนอร์ แบริเออร์ หรือ โครงสร้างฐาน

ลักษณะการใช้งาน :

ปรับแรงดัน ให้เหมาะกับวัสดุที่จะใช้พ่นแต่ละประเภท เช่น กรณีพ่นวัสดุกันซึม ควรปรับแรงดัน ที่ 12 Mpa (120 Bar)
เลือกหัวพ่น ให้เหมาะสมกับวัสดุที่จะใช้พ่น เช่น กรณีพ่นวัสดุกันซึม ควรใช้หัวพ่นเบอร์ No. 535
ลองพ่นเพื่อดูความหนาของผิววัสดุที่เราพ่นไป ว่าเพียงพอหรือไม่ กรณีผิวของวัสดุที่พ่นบางเกิน ก็สามารถพ่นซ้ำได้ กรณีพ่นแล้วผิวของวัสดุหนาเกินให้ปรับลดแรงดันลง
วิธีพ่น ควรให้ระยะปืนพ่น ห่างจากพื้นผิวที่พ่นประมาณ 2 ฟุต และควรเดิน Stroke การพ่นช้ำๆ
ไม่ควรเดิน Stroke พ่นนานติดต่อกันเกิน 1 ชม. ควรเว้นระยะพักเป็นช่วงๆ เช่น เดิน Stroke การพ่นนาน 10-15 นาที และก็เว้นช่วงพักประมาณครึ่งนำที จำกนั้นเดิน Stroke การพ่นใหม่

หัวพ่นสามารถปรับ การพ่นเป็นแนวนอน หรือแนวตั้งไว้ ปรับได้โดย การหมุนที่หัวพ่น
กรณีพ่นผิววัสดุ มากกว่า 1 เที่ยว ให้รอผิววัสดุให้แห้งตัวสนิทดีก่อน แล้วจึงพ่นเที่ยวต่อไป (ระยะเวลาการแห้งตัว ของวัสดุ หรือสินค้าแต่ละชนิดสามารถดูได้จาก Technical Data Sheet)
กรณีพ่นเสร็จแล้วให้ปิดเครื่องพ่น ก่อนถอดสายพ่น ออกจำกตัวเครื่องพ่น ให้ปลด Release Pressure ก่อน เพื่อ ลดแรงดันในสายพ่น ก่อนถอดสายพ่นออก
เมื่อพ่นวัสดุเสร็จแล้ว ควรล้างทำความสะอาดสายพ่น ปืนพ่น และหัวพ่นทันทีด้วยน้ำสะอาด ไม่ควรปล่อยทิ้งไว้ เพราะอาจจะทำให้วัสดุพ่นแห้ง และอุดตัน ในสายพ่น ในปืนพ่น และหัวพ่น

ขั้นตอนการเตรียมความพร้อมเครื่องพ่น

1. ตรวจเช็คระดับน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิงในเครื่องว่ามีเพียงพอหรือไม่ (ใช้น้ำมันเบนซิน 95)
2. ตรวจเช็คระดับน้ำมันเครื่องว่ามีเพียงพอหรือไม่
3. ตรวจสอบความสะอาดของหัวพ่น ปืนพ่น และสายพ่น ให้อยู่ในสภาพที่สะอาดไม่มีเศษฝุ่น หรือเศษวัสดุอื่นๆ อุดตันหัวพ่น และปื่นพ่น
4. ประกอบหัวพ่นเข้ากับปืนพ่น และประกอบเข้ากับสายพ่น จากนั้นประกอบสายพ่นเข้าเครื่องพ่น
5. ประกอบท่อดูดเข้ากับตัวเครื่องพ่น(Stainless Suction) และเปิดวาล์วดูด
6. ติดเครื่องลอง Star เครื่องพ่น จากนั้น ใช้น้ำสะอาดในการลองพ่น

ขั้นตอนการทำงาน และการใช้เครื่องพ่น

การเก็บรักษา

1. เมื่อใช้เครื่องพ่นเสร็จแล้วควรเก็บเครื่องพ่นและอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ของเครื่องพ่นในที่ร่ม
2. เมื่อพ่นเสร็จแล้วต้องทำความสะอาดล้างสายพ่น ปืนพ่นและหัวพ่นทุกครั้ง

Description :
Benzene 95 powered hydraulic airless sprayer system, is a high horse power sprayer, power with Honda motor with a maximum speed of 12Ltr/minute with 228bar maximum pressure. Can spray both high vicious and 100% solid content materials, such as acrylic paint, epoxy paint, bitumen waterproof membrane, acrylic waterproof membrane, polyurethane mix with fibre waterproof membrane, special polymer with no sanding mix in for skim coating. Airless sprayer can be fitted to various size nozzles, spray gun, hose and air compressor. Suitable for large area application and roof terrace, metal sheet roofing, roof tile, cargo shipping container, road barrier, structure foundation.

Dr.Fixit Dutymax Airless Sprayar Preparation

1. Check Benzene 95 Cover fuel level.
2. Check motor oil fill cap fuel level.
3. Nozzle and hose should be free from dirt and loose materials. Have nothing blocking nozzle, nozzle tip, tip guard and hose.
4. Assemble nozzle tip, tip guard, tip seal and nozzle. Connect hose to asswmbled nozzle and airless sprayer.
5. Turn on Suction Valve.
6. Test airless sprayer with clean water, pull start cord to test.
Method of Applicetion

1. Adjust pressure sultable to material use to spray, e.g. for waterproofing recommend adjust pressure to 12 Mpa (120 Bar)
2. Select nozzle suitable for material use to spray e.g. for waterproofing use 535 nozzle.
3. Test for suitable thickness of material spray. Lower pressure when material spray thickness is too thick. For material spray thickness being too thin, spray on till suitable thickness is achieve.
4. For one spray stroke, shuld spray nozzle slowly at about 2 ft distance from spray surface.
5. Should not continuously spray 1 spray stroke over an hour. For example continuously spray 1 spray steoke for 10 to 15 minutes, leave nozzle half a minute break prior to spreying next spray stroke continuously.
6. Nozzle adjustable for vertical and horizomtal spraying by turning nozzle tip to adjust.
7. For more than multi-coating system. Wait for previous coat to dry prior to spraying next coat. See product Technical Data Sheet for product drying time.
8. After application of airless sprayer, tum off switch prior to pulling hose out of airless sprayer to release air pressure built up in hose.
9. After application of airless sprayer, immediately clean nozzle, hose, spray gun with clean water every time. Should not leave spray material to ary on equipment, may cause block up.

1. After application of airless sprayer, store equipment in shade
2. After application of airless sprayer, clean nozzle, hose, spray gun every time
