ขั้นตอนการใช้งาน
การผสม

ผสมส่วนผสมทั้ง 2 ส่วน ให้เข้าเป็นเนื้อเดียวกัน โดยใช้สว่านปั่นผสม ความเร็วต่ำ (300 - 500 รอบต่อนาที)
เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าจะได้ส่วนผสมที่เข้าเป็นเนื้อเดียวกัน สามารถทำตาม คำแนะนำดังนี้
- เทเรซิ่น (Part B) ¾ ส่วน ในภาชนะสำหรับผสมที่มีขนาดเหมาะสม
- เทผงซีเมนต์ (Part A) ในขณะที่เริ่มปั่น เพื่อให้ได้ส่วนผสมที่คงที่
- เทเรซิ่น (Part B) ที่เหลือเพิ่มลงไป และปั่นผสมอีก 3 นาที
พักส่วนผสมทิ้งไว้ 2 นาที

การใช้งาน

LANKO 228 SUPERFLEX สามารถทำงานได้โดยใช้แปรงทา
หรือใช้เกรียงฉาบ
ทา หรือฉาบชั้นแรก ด้วยปริมาณการใช้ที่ 1.5 - 2 กก. / ตร.ม.
ทา หรือฉาบชั้นที่ 2 หลังจากผิวชั้นแรกแห้งตัวแล้ว
ประมาณ 2 - 6 ชั่วโมง (ขึ้นอยู่กับสภาพอากาศ)
ด้วยปริมาณการใช้ที่ 1.5 - 2 กก. / ตร.ม.
ควรฉาบหนาประมาณ 2 มม. แต่ไม่ควรต่ำกว่า 1.5 มม.
การฉาบควรใช้เกรียงฉาบ
ปูนที่ผสมแล้วควรต้องใช้งานภายใน 30 นาที (ที่อุณหภูมิ 25°C)

การเสริมแรง

สำหรับพื้นผิวที่อาจเกิดการแตกร้าว ควรใช้แผ่นใยเสริมความแข็งแรง LANKO GLASS FIBER MESH ในการทาชั้นที่ 1

Waterproofing prior to tiling such as balcony and terrace (except roof terraces).

Composition
Component A : Grey powder combining special cement, mineral filler and admixtures
Component B : White liquid contain of resins in aqueous dispersion
Shelf life : 12 months from the date of production If stored properly in undamaged and unopened, original sealed packaging.
Storage conditions : Store in dry condition and protected from direct sunshine.
Density

Fresh mortar density ~1.6 - 1.7 kg/L

Dry density ~ 1.2-1.4 kg/L

Maximum grain size : 0.04 - 0.5 mm

Application Information
Ambient air temperature : +10°C to +35°C
Pot Life : ~ 30 minutes (at 25°C)

Consumption : 3 - 4 kg/m2 for 2 coats at 2 mm thickness

Application steps
MIXING

The 2 components must be mixed using a slow-speed machine mixer (300-500 rpm).
Follow the instructions below to ensure a homogenous mixture:
- pour ¾ of the resin into a suitably-sized container.
- add the powder gradually while mixing in order to obtain a plastic consistency.
- add the rest of the liquid and mix for 3 minutes.
Leave to stand for 2 minutes.

APPLICATION

LANKO 228 SUPERFLEX can be applied by hand with a brush or float, by pump and machine.
Apply a 1st coat allowing a rough but reasonable quantity of 1.5 to 2 kg/m².
The 2nd coat can be applied after a drying period of 2 to 6 hours (temperature dependent), allowing a quantity of 1.5 to 2 kg/m².
The total thickness of the covering should be approximately 2 mm, and never less than 1.5 mm.
Coats can be floated using a trowel.
Mortar must be used within 30 min of preparation (at 25°C).

REINFORCEMENT

For substrates subject to micro-cracking, the 1st coat should be reinforced with LANKO GLASS FIBER MESH.
This same material should be used for all localized reinforcement needs.

SUITABLE COVERING MATERIALS

LANKO 228 SUPERFLEX can be covered with tiles within a period of 3 days minimum to 7 days maximum after application of the final coat bonded with DAVCO ULTRAFLEX.
High-traffic areas should be protected against abrasion.
