ขั้นตอนการใช้งาน
การผสม

ใช้เครื่องปั่นผสม Davco AC-2 (1 ถุง) กับน้ำสะอาด 4.5 - 5.0 ลิตร ปั่นจนส่วนผสมเนียนเป็นเนื้อเดียวกัน
พักส่วนผสมทิ้งไว้ ประมาณ 2 -3 นาที เพื่อให้เกิดปฏิกิริยาของสารเคมี ที่ดี มีประสิทธิภาพ และลดฟองอากาศ ก่อนใช้งาน

การใช้งาน

ใช้เกรียงหวี ปาดกาวซีเมนต์บนพื้นผิว
ปูกระเบื้องบนกาวซีเมนต์ และใช้ค้อนยางเคาะบนกระเบื้อง
หากกระเบื้องขนาดกว้างมากกว่า 25 ซม. x 25 ซม. ขึ้นไป แนะนำให้ใช้กาวซีเมนต์ ปาดบริเวณด้านหลังกระเบื้องเป็นชั้นบาง ๆ ก่อนปูกระเบื้องลงบนพื้นผิวกาวซีเมนต์

Application steps
MIXING

Mix Davco AC-2 20 kg with 4.5 - 5 Litres of clean water by electrical mixer until the compound is evenly distributed.
Allow the mixture to stand for 2 - 3 minutes for good reaction and reducing air bubble before using the adhesive.

APPLICATION

Spread tile adhesive by using notched trowel onto substrate.
Fix tile on tile adhesive and knocked over with rubber hammer.
The dual bonding will be applied when size of tile is over than 25 cm x 25 cm. Applying thin layer of tile adhesive onto a back of tile, then fix the tile on tile adhesive substrate.
