กาวซีเมนต์ จระเข้เอ็กซ์ตรีม เป็นปูนกาวที่เหมาะสำหรับปูกระเบื้อง Big Slab กระเบื้องขนาดใหญ่ทุกชนิด และใช้ปูทับพื้นเดิมได้ แรงยึดเกาะสูงพิเศษ ยืดหยุ่นสูง และทนต่อทุกสภาพอากาศ

กาวซีเมนต์จระเข้เอ็กซ์ตรีม มีผงลาเท็กซ์ที่เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของกาวซีเมนต์ให้ดีขึ้น มีส่วนผสมของปูนซีเมนต์ปอร์ตแลนด์ ทราย และเคมีผสมเพิ่มชนิดพิเศษอื่นๆ ทำให้ผลิตภัณฑ์มีคุณสมบัติที่ให้การยึดเกาะสูงพิเศษ และมีการยืดหยุ่นตัวสูง ทนทานในทุกสภาพภูมิอากาศ เป็นปูนกาวที่เหมาะสำหรับใช้ปูกระเบื้องเซรามิก พอร์ซเลน หินอ่อน หินแกรนิต หินธรรมชาติ ได้ทุกชนิด ใช้สำหรับงานปูขนาดใหญ่พิเศษ และใช้ปูทับพื้นเดิม โดยไม่ต้องสกัดกระเบื้องเก่าออกสามารถใช้งานได้ทั้งพื้นและผนังภายในและภายนอกรวมทั้งสามารถใช้ปูบนพื้นผิวไม้อัดโครงสร้าง แผ่นไฟเบอร์ซีเมนต์

การเตรียมพื้นผิว

พื้นผิวใหม่ : พื้นผิวที่ต้องการปูจะต้องแข็ง เรียบ ได้ระดับ แห้งและสะอาด ปราศจากฝุ่น น้ำมัน น้ำยาบ่มคอนกรีต สี เศษปูน สิ่งแปลกปลอมอื่นๆ และมีการดูดซึมน้ำปกติ หากพื้นผิวผนังปูนฉาบใหม่หรือปูนปรับระดับใหม่ ควรใช้เวลาบ่มตามมาตรฐาน 7 วัน หรือ 168 ชั่วโมง ต่อความหนา 1 ซม.
พื้นผิวเดิม : ล้างทำความสะอาดพื้นผิวโดยใช้น้ำฉีด ขัดพื้นผิวให้สะอาด เพื่อขจัดคราบฝุ่น น้ำมัน น้ำยาบ่มคอนกรีต สี เศษปูน และสิ่งแปลกปลอมอื่นๆ และกวาดน้ำที่ขังบนพื้นผิว ให้หมดก่อนที่ใช้กาวซีเมนต์

กรณีปูทับกระเบื้องเดิม : ต้องตรวจสอบความสามารถในการยึดเกาะระหว่างกระเบื้องและผิวคอนกรีต หากความสามารถในการยึดเกาะต่ำจะต้องสกัดกระเบื้องเดิมทิ้ง

อัตราส่วนผสม

ตวงกาวซีเมนต์ จระเข้เอ็กซ์ตรีม 20 กก. (1 ถุง) ต่อ น้ำสะอาด 4 ลิตร หรือ

ตวงกาวซีเมนต์ จระเข้เอ็กซ์ตรีม 4 ส่วน ต่อ น้ำสะอาด 1 ส่วน โดยปริมาตร

การผสม

เทปูนกาวซีเมนต์ จระเข้เอ็กซ์ตรีม ลงในน้ำใช้เครื่องผสมรอบต่ำประมาณ 150 รอบต่อนาที (150 rpm) ช่วยในการผสมให้เข้ากัน

ทิ้งไว้เพื่อให้เคมีบ่มตัวประมาณ 15 นาที จึงกวนซ้ำอีกครั้งก่อนนำมาใช้งาน อย่าเติมน้ำหรือกาวซีเมนต์ลงไปเพิ่ม หลังจากที่ทิ้งไว้จนเคมีบ่มตัวแล้ว

การใช้งาน

ใช้เกรียงหวีด้านเรียบปาดกาวซีเมนต์ลงบนพื้นหรือผนังที่ต้องการปูกระเบื้อง ให้ทั่วและเพียงพอสำหรับกระเบื้องที่จะใช้ปูแต่ละครั้ง
ใช้เกรียงหวีปาดกาวซีเมนต์ให้เป็นร่อง โดยจับเกรียงหวีให้ได้มุมประมาณ 60 องศา และครูดให้เป็นรอยทางในทิศทางแนวเดียวกับด้านสั้นของกระเบื้อง (ใช้เกรียงหวีให้เหมาะกับขนาดกระเบื้อง)
ใช้เกรียงหวีด้านเรียบปาดกาวซีเมนต์ไล้หลังกระเบื้อง เพื่อชดเชยความโก่ง หรือบิดตัวของกระเบื้องและให้มั่นใจว่าปูนกาวอยู่เต็มหลังกระเบื้อง ป้องกันการเปิดโพรงอากาศ ทำให้กระเบื้องที่ปูสามารถรับแรงกดอัดได้เต็มที่ ไม่แตกล่อนในภายหลัง
นำกระเบื้องปูบนกาวซีเมนต์ สไลด์แผ่นกระเบื้องไปทางขวางในทิศทางตั้งฉากกับแนวของเกรียงหวีที่ครูด เคาะกระเบื้องให้ติดแน่นกับกาวซีเมนต์เต็มทั่วทั้งแผ่น
สามารถจัดกระเบื้องแต่ละแผ่นให้ตรงตามต้องการ ภายในเวลาไม่เกิน 15 นาที ขึ้นอยู่กับอุณหภูมิขณะทำงานและไม่ควรจัดหรือเคาะกระเบื้องอีกเลยเมื่อเลยเวลาดังกล่าว เมื่อกดกระเบื้องลงบนกาวซีเมนต์ ควรแน่ใจว่าหลังกระเบื้องสัมผัสกับกาวซีเมนต์เต็มทั่วทั้งแผ่น ซึ่งความหนาของกาวซีเมนต์ควรจะอยู่ระหว่าง 3-10 มม.

การบ่มและการยาแนวกระเบื้อง

หลังจากปูกระเบื้องเสร็จแล้ว ควรบ่มทิ้งไว้ประมาณ 24-48 ชั่วโมงขึ้นอยู่กับอุณหภูมิแล้วจึงยาแนวกระเบื้อง

เพื่อให้ได้งานที่มีคุณภาพสูงสุด ควรเลือกกาวยาแนวไหลจระเข้ เทอร์โบ พลัส เท่านั้น

Information
X-Treme Crocodile Mortar is powder latex enhanced dry-setmortar, composed of Portland cement, sand and special chemical additives. X-Treme Crocodile has extra bonding strength, flexibility. Weather resistance. Suitable for all XXL tiles , marble, granite, ceramic and porcelain tiles. Able to install over existing floor tiles without removal. Both interior and exterior floor and wall installation. Able to apply on structural plywood, plywood and fiber cement board.

Installation
Preparation
For new substrate : The surface must be dry, flat, level and fully cured. It should be free of all grease, oil, dust, curing compounds, old adhesive residues and any other adulterant. Make sure water absorption of the substrate is at normal level. In case of new render or leveling , the substrate should be fully cured for 7 days or 168 hrs. per 1 cm thickness of adhesive before tiling.
For old substrate : Clean up the surface with high-pressure jet spray to remove dust, adulterant and any de-bonding tiles. Remove the left water before re-tiling.
Existing tiles : Recheck bonding strength between the existing tiles and the surface before installing tile over tile. In case poor strength, recommend to remove the existing tiles.

Proportion of Mixing
X-Treme Crocodile Tile Adhesive 20 kg (per bag) per 4. L of water or 4 parts of X-Treme Crocodile Tile Adhesive per 1 part of water by volume.

Mixing

Mix Tile Adhesive with clean, potable water thoroughly until smooth with a mechanical mixer at a low speed (≤150 rpm).

Let mortar slakes for 15 minutes before mixing a second time. Do not add water, latex, or additional powder after slaking period.

Application

Spread mortar with flat side of trowel to key-in substrate, and then apply additional mortar to ensure that it cover 100% at the back of tile.
Apply notched side at 60-degree angle in the same direction throughout installation surface.
Recommend to apply the product all over the back of tile to compensate bending, prevent gap under tile that may cause less compressive strength and easily to crack.
After placing tile on the prepared surface, slide it orthogonally to the notched lines and tap in order to maximize bonding.
Tiles can be adjusted for proper alignment within 15 mins after apply the products. Timing may vary depends on temperature. Recommend not to adjust further after setting. Make sure that the products is covered all over the back of tiles. Suitable thickness of tile adhesive on substrate is 3-10 mm.

Curing and Grouting

A minimum cure is obtained in 24-48 hours, depending on ambient temperatures.

For better quality, Crocodile Tile Grout should be chosen to suit each type of tiles. Crocodile Tile Grout has many types and color for each joints and places.
