ข้อมูลสินค้า
กาวซีเมนต์ จระเข้เอ็กซ์เพรส เป็นกาวซีเมนต์ชนิด โพลิเมอร์ โมดิฟรายด์ ชนิดแห้งตัวได้เร็ว (Fast Setting) รับแรงได้ใน 6 ชม. เหมาะใช้เป็นปูนกาวสำหรับงานซ่อมแซม สามารถใช้ปูกระเบื้องในขณะที่อุณหภูมิต่ำได้ เนื้อกาวมีความยืดหยุ่นตัวสูงสามารถปูกระเบื้องได้ทุกชนิด ปูทับกระเบื้องเดิมได้และงานเร่งด่วน เช่น งานห้องน้ำ โชว์รูม ห้องอาหาร ล็อบบี้ของโรงแรม ห้างสรรพสินค้า ฯลฯ

การเตรียมพื้นผิว

พื้นผิวใหม่ : พื้นผิวที่ต้องการปูจะต้องแข็ง เรียบ ได้ระดับ แห้ง และสะอาด ปราศจากฝุ่นน้ำมัน น้ำยาบ่มคอนกรีต สี เศษปูน สิ่งแปลกปลอมอื่นๆ และมีการดูดซึมน้ำปกติ หากพื้นผิวผนังปูนฉาบใหม่หรือปูนปรับระดับใหม่ ควรใช้เวลาบ่มตามมาตรฐาน 7 วันหรือ 168 ชั่วโมงต่อความหนา 1 ซม.
พื้นผิวเดิม : ล้างทำความสะอาดพื้นผิวโดยใช้น้ำฉีด ขัดพื้นผิวให้สะอาด เพื่อขจัดคราบฝุ่น น้ำมัน น้ำยาบ่มคอนกรีต สี เศษปูนและสิ่งแปลกปลอมอื่นๆ และกวาดน้ำที่ขังบนพื้นผิวให้หมดก่อนใช้กาวซีเมนต์
กรณีปูทับกระเบื้องเดิม : ต้องตรวจสอบความสามารถในการยึดเกาะระหว่างกระเบื้องและผิวคอนกรีต หากความสามารถในการยึดเกาะต่ำจะต้องสกัดกระเบื้องเดิมทิ้ง

อัตราส่วนผสม

ตวงกาวซีเมนต์ จระเข้เอ็กซ์เพรส 20 กก. (1 ถุง) ต่อ น้ำ 4.8 ลิตร หรือ
ตวงกาวซีเมนต์ จระเข้เอ็กซ์เพรส 3 ส่วนต่อ นํ้า 1 ส่วน (โดยปริมาตร)

การผสม

เทปูกาวซีเมนต์ จระเข้เอ็กซ์เพรส ลงในน้ำใช้เครื่องผสมรอบต่ำประมาณ 150 รอบต่อนาที (150 rpm) ่ช่วยในการผสมให้เข้ากัน
หลังจากผสมแล้วควรใช้งานให้หมด ภายใน 20-30 นาที (ขึ้นกับอุณหภูมิขณะทำงาน) อย่าเติมน้ำหรือกาวซีเมนต์ลงไปเพิ่มหลังจากที่ทิ้งไว้จนเคมีบ่มตัวแล้ว

การใช้งาน

ใช้เกรียงหวีด้านเรียบปาดกาวซีเมนต์ลงบนพื้นหรือผนังที่ต้องการปูกระเบื้องให้ทั่ว และเพียงพอสำหรับกระเบื้องที่จะใช้ปูแต่ละครั้ง
ใช้ด้านหวีปาดกาวซีเมนต์ให้เป็นร่อง โดยจับเกรียงหวีให้ได้มุม ประมาณ 60 องศา และครูดให้เป็นรอยทางในทิศทางแนวเดียวกับด้านสั้นของกระเบื้อง (ใช้เกรียงหวีให้เหมาะกับขนาดกระเบื้อง)
ใช้เกรียงหวีด้านเรียบปาดกาวซีเมนต์ไล้หลังกระเบื้อง เพื่อชดเชย ความโก่งหรือบิดตัวของกระเบื้อง และให้มั่นใจว่าปูนกาวอยู่เต็ม หลังกระเบื้อง ป้องกันการเกิดโพรงอากาศทําให้กระเบื้องที่ปู สามารถรับแรงกดอัดได้เต็มที่ ไม่แตกล่อนในภายหลัง
นํากระเบื้องปูบนกาวซีเมนต์ สไลด์แผ่นกระเบื้องไปทางขวาง ในทิศทางต้ังฉากกับแนวของเกรียงหวีที่ครูด เคาะกระเบื้องให้ติดแน่นกับกาวซีเมนต์เต็มทั่วทั้งแผ่น
สามารถจัดกระเบื้องแต่ละแผ่นให้ตรงแนวตามต้องการ ภายในเวลาไม่เกิน 10 นาที ขึ้นอยู่กับอุณหภูมิขณะทำงานและไม่ควรจัดหรือเคาะกระเบิ้องอีกเมื่อเลยเวลาดังกล่าว เมื่อกดกระเบื้องลงบนกาวซีเมนต์ ควรแน่ใจว่าหลังกระเบื้องสัมผัสกับกาวซีเมนต์ เต็มทั่วทั้งแผ่น ซึ่งความหนาของกาวซีเมนต์ที่ปาดลงบนพื้นผิวควรจะอยู่ระหว่าง 2-10 มม. ขึ้นอยู่กับขนาดของกระเบื้องหรือหิน

การบ่มและการยาแนวกระเบื้อง

หลังจากปูกระเบื้องเสร็จแล้ว ควรบ่มทิ้งไว้ประมาณ 2-4 ชั่วโมงขึ้นอยู่กับอุณหภูมิแล้วจึงยาแนวกระเบื้อง
เพื่อให้ได้งานที่มีคุณภาพสูงสุด ควรเลือกกาวยาแนวจระเข้ให้เหมาะสม
ในกรณีต้องการเปิดพื้นที่อย่างเร่งด่วน ควรยาแนวร่องกระเบื้องด้วยยาแนวจระเข้ แพลทินัม หรือ ยาแนว เทอร์โบ พลัส (Fast Setting) เท่านั้น

Information
Express Crocodile Mortar is a fast setting polymer-modified mortar which set and is ready for impact within 6 hours, perfect for repairing, and installing tiles with low temperature. With its high elasticity, the mortar is suitable for all types of tile for installation over old tiles, and for express projects such as bathrooms, showrooms, restaurants, hotel lobbies, department stores etc.

Installation
Preparation
For new substrate : The surface must be dry, flat, level and fully cured. It should be free of all grease, oil, dust, curing compounds, old adhesive residues and any other adulterant. Make sure water absorption of the substrate is at normal level. In case of new render or leveling , the substrate should be fully cured for 7 days or 168 hrs. per 1 cm thickness of adhesive before tiling.
For old substrate : Clean up the surface with high-pressure jet spray to remove dust, adulterant and any de-bonding tiles. Remove the left water before re-tiling.
Existing tiles : Recheck bonding strength between the existing tiles and the surface before installing tile over tile. In case poor strength, recommend to remove the existing tiles.

Proportion of Mixing
Express Crocodile Tile Adhesive 20 kg (per bag) per 4.80 L of water or 3 parts of Express Crocodile Tile Adhesive per 1 part of water by volume.

Mixing

Mix Tile Adhesive with clean, potable water thoroughly until smooth with a mechanical mixer at a low speed (≤150 rpm).
Let mortar slakes for 20-30 minutes before mixing a second time. Do not add water, latex, or additional powder after slaking period.

Application

Spread mortar with flat side of trowel to key-in substrate, and then apply additional mortar to ensure that it cover 100% at the back of tile.
Apply notched side at 60-degree angle in the same direction throughout installation surface.
Recommend to apply the product all over the back of tile to compensate bending, prevent gap under tile that may cause less compressive strength and easily to crack.
After placing tile on the prepared surface, slide it orthogonally to the notched lines and tap in order to maximize bonding.
Tiles can be adjusted for proper alignment within 10 mins after apply the products. Timing may vary depends on temperature. Recommend not to adjust further after setting. Make sure that the products is covered all over the back of tiles. Suitable thickness of tile adhesive on substrate is 2-10 mm.

Curing and Grouting

A minimum cure is obtained in 2-4 hours, depending on ambient temperatures.
