ดร.ฟิคสิท ฟาสท์เฟล็กซ์
ดร.ฟิคสิท ฟาสท์เฟล็กซ์ เป็นวัสดุทากันซึมชนิดซีเมนต์ 2 ส่วนผสมคือ ส่วนผง(ซีเมนต์ทรายละเอียดคัดขนาด) ส่วนน้ำยา (อะครีลิคโพลีเมอร์ดัดแปลง)และสารเคมีผสมเพิ่ม หลังจากผสมทั้ง 2 ส่วน ให้เข้ากัน จะได้วัสดุที่เหลวสามารถใช้ทาบนพื้นผิวที่ต้องการ ซึ่งหลังจากแห้งจะมีลักษณะคล้ายแผ่นยาง มีคุณสมบัติ ในการกันน้ำซึมผ่าน ไม่มีรอยต่อ ยืดหยุ่นไม่แตกร้าว
ลักษณะการใช้งาน :

ใช้ทาภายในห้องน้ำ ห้องครัว ส่วนซักล้าง ระเบียง ทางเดิน หลังคาคอนกรีต ก่อนการปูกระเบื้องหรือเทปูน ทรายทับหน้า
โครงสร้างคอนกรีตที่ต้องแช่น้ำตลอด เช่น สระว่ายน้ำ ถังเก็บน้ำ อ่างเก็บน้ำ
ใช้ทาโครงสร้างคอนกรีตที่อยู่ใต้ดิน เช่น ฐานราก ผนังชั้นใต้ดิน บ่อลิฟท์
โครงสร้างคอนกรีต หรือ ผนังก่ออิฐฉาบปูนทั่วไปที่ต้องการกันซึม

1. การเตรียมพื้นผิว

พื้นผิวคอนกรีด หรืออิฐก่อ ที่จะทำการติดตั้ง ต้องแข็งตัวครบอายุ 28 วัน ก่อนการติดตั้ง
พื้นผิวต้องสะอาด ปราศจากสิ่งสกปรก น้ำมัน จารบี วัสดุเคลือมผิว ซึ่งส่งผลต่อการยืดเกาะ พื้นผิวคอนกรีดที่เสียหายต้องทำการซ่อมแซมให้อยู่ในสภาพแข็งแรงก่อนการติดตั้ง
พื้นผิวต้องอยู่ในสภาพอิ่มตัวผิวแห้งก่อนการติดตั้ง สามารถทาบพื้นผิวที่มีความชื้นได้ (ชื้นแต่ไม่ เปียก)

2. การผสม

ผสม ดร.ฟิคสิท ฟาสท์เฟล็กซ์ ทั้ง 2 ส่วนโดยใช้เครื่องรอบต่ำ เทส่วนที่เป็นผงลงไปในน้ำยาพร้อมกับปั้นทั้ง 2 ส่วนให้เข้ากัน ให้เวลาปั้นนาน 4-5 นาที
หลังการผสมให้พักวัสดุที่ผสมแล้วประมาณ 5-10 นาที ก่อนนำไปใช้งาน เพื่อลดฟองอากาศในเนือวัสดุ

3. การทำงาน

ทาด้วยแปรงทาสี แปรงดีน้ำหรือเกรียงฉาบ ลงบนพื้นผิวที่เครียมไว้ ในอัตรา 1.1 กก./ ตร.ม./รอบแนะนำให้ทาอย่างน้อย รอบ ที่ความหนาประมาณ 1 มม.
ทิ้่งให้แห้งอย่างน้อย 1 ชั่วโมง แต่ไม่เกิน 8 ชั่วโมง ก่อนการทารอบต่อไป
กรณีต้องการปูปูนกาวติดกระเบื้องทับ สามารถทำได้ หลังจากติดตั้ง ดร.ฟิคสิท ฟาสท์เฟล็กซ์ ไปแล้ว 3 วัน

4. การบ่ม

หลังการติดตั้ง ควรปกป้องพื้นผิวจากความเสียหาย อย่างน้อย 12-24 ชม.
ทิ้งไว้อย่างน้อย 7 วัน ก่อนบรรจุน้ำหรือการขังน้ำเพื่อทดสอบการรั่วซืม

Dr. Fixit Fastflex
Dr. Fixit Fastflex is a proprietary polymer-modified cementitious waterproofing membrane coating specially formulated for Concrete and Masonry Surface which is supplied in ready mix kits (2 parts) When the dry part is mixed with proprietary acrylic-modified emulsion and applied according to direction, the cured
Dr. Fixit Fastflex will become a tough, flexible and seamless waterproof membrane and acts as an excel end water barrier to Concrete and Masonry Surface.
Area of Application :

Concrete foundations, basements wall and lift pits.
Swimming pools, water tanks and reservoirs.
Concealed roofs, parking decks, bathroom, toilet, kitchen, balconies and planters.
Any other concrete, cement or masonry surface subject to damage from moisture.

Method of Application

1. Surface Preparation

Allow new concrete and masonry substrate to fully cure prior applixation.
All surfaces must be free from oil, grease, wax, dirt or any other form of foreign matter which might effect adhesion.
Spalled Concrete must be sound before applied
Substrate should be reach a "Saturated Surface Dry" (SSD) condition (damp, without standing water)

2. Mixing

Use Portland cement mechanical mixer at slow speed; add product powder part to liquid part in a clean container until a smooth and homogenous slurry mixture is achieved.
Allow the mixed slurry to stand for 5-10 minutes for releasing air-trapped during the mixing prior to application.
Mixing material must be use within recommend pot life.

3. Applications

Can be applied by brush and water brush or trowel. Do NOT dilute with water. Recommend Coverage rete is approximately 1.1 kg/m/coat for 1 mm. (Minimum 2 coat.)
Allow the slurry tocure for at least 1 hour but no longer than 8 hours. before applying second coat. Do not leave the first coat to dry longer than 8 hours.
For tile adhesive application on surface allow surface to cure for 3 days prior. If first coat was cure over 8 hours, fix by applying 2 to 3 coats of Dr.Fixit Pidifin 2k for desire waterproof surface thickness or fix by applying Dr.Fixit Fevimate XL tile adhesive to act top coat protection for Dr.Fixit Fastflex.

4. Curing

For maximum protection, allow 12 to 24 hours curing time after second coat .
Leave Dr. Fixit Fastflex at least 7 days to cure before filling or sealing water to test leaks.
