กันน้ำได้ทั้ง 2 ด้าน ทั้งด้านที่สัมผัสน้ำและด้านตรงข้าม
ทนแรงดันน้ำสูงสุด ได้ถึง 7 bar (น้ำ 70 เมตร)
ป้องกันการกัดกร่อนของผิวคอนกรีตจากสารเคมีและกรด เช่น ไนเตรด (Nitrates) ซัลเฟต (Sulfates) คลอไรด์ (Chlorides) และ คาร์บอเนต (Carbonates)

จระเข้ รุ่น ซุปเปอร์ ชิลด์ เป็นซีเมนต์ทากันซึมแบบตกผลึกผิวหน้าแข็ง มีส่วนประกอบของปูนซีเมนต์ทรายละเอียดและสารเคมี เพื่อใช้สำหรับทำระบบกันซึมในงานคอนกรีต ใช้งานง่าย เพียงผสมน้ำและทาบนคอนกรีต ส่วนผสมของสารเคมีทำหน้าที่แทรกซึมลงไปในผิวคอนกรีตและไปก่อตัวเป็นผลึก สกัดไม่ให้น้ำซึมผ่านผิวคอนกรีตได้ และมีคุณสมบัติป้องกันการกัดกร่อนของผิวคอนกรีตจากสารเคมีและกรด

การเตรียมพื้นผิว

ทำความสะอาดพื้นผิวคอนกรีตที่ต้องการทากันซึมให้ปราศจากฝุ่น เศษปูน น้ำมัน และสิ่งแปลกปลอมอื่นๆ
กรณีผิวหน้าของคอนกรีตที่มีลักษณะมันเงา พื้นขัดมัน หรือมีสิ่งปิดผิวหน้า ต้องมีการขัดเปิดผิวหน้าคอนกรีตให้มีรูพรุน
หากพื้นผิวมีรอยแตกร้าว ควรซ่อมรอยแตกร้าวก่อน โดยใช้วัสดุซ่อมแซมที่เหมาะสม
พรมน้ำลงบนพื้นผิวให้เปียกชุ่มและปล่อยให้แห้งหมาด ก่อนทา จระเข้ ซุปเปอร์ ชิลด์

อัตราส่วนผสม

จระเข้ ซุปเปอร์ ชิลด์ 2 ส่วน ต่อ น้ำ 1 ส่วน โดยปริมาตร
การผสม

นำ จระเข้ ซุปเปอร์ ชิลด์ เทลงในน้ำ ผสมตามอัตราส่วนที่กำหนดปั่นด้วยสว่านความเร็วรอบต่ำ ประมาณ 150 รอบ ต่อนาที (150 rpm) ผสมให้เข้ากัน
หลังจากผสมแล้วควรใช้งานให้หมดภายใน 20-30 นาที เมื่อส่วนผสมเริ่มแข็งตัว ห้ามเติมน้ำแล้วนำกลับมาใช้งาน ควรทิ้งแล้วผสมใหม่
ระหว่างการใช้งานควรทำการกวนเป็นระยะๆ

การใช้งาน

ใช้แปรงทาซีเมนต์กันซึม จระเข้ ซุปเปอร์ ชิลด์ ลงบนพื้นผิวที่เตรียมไว้ โดยให้ทา 2 รอบ
หลังจากทาครั้งแรกและรอให้แห้ง 15-30 นาทีแล้ว ให้ทารอบที่ 2 โดยทาในทิศทางตั้งฉากกับรอบแรก
หลังจากทาแล้ว ควรทิ้งไว้ให้แห้ง 24 ชั่วโมง

Information
Crocodile Super Shield Series is cementitious waterproofing compound to apply as slurry to concrete surface where it forms an impermeable barrier to the passage of water in the liquid state, but allow gases (air or vapor) to pass through.

Substrate Preparation

All concrete to be treated must be clean and have an open capillary surface. Remove laitance, dirt, grease, etc.
Grind-off any paint or coatings to provide an open-capillary structure
Faulty concrete in the form of cracks, honeycombing, etc. must be chased out, and filled flush with repair mortar.
Surfaces must be carefully pre-watered prior to Super Shield application. The concrete surface must be damp but with no wet sheen on the surface.

Mixing ratio
Crocodile Super Shield 2.5 kg : Water 1 liter.
Crocodile Super Shield 2 parts : Water 1 part (by volume)

Mixing
Crocodile Super Shield is mechanically mixed with clean water to a creamy consistency. Mix only as much material as can be used within 20-30 minutes and stir mixture frequently. If the mixture starts to set, do not add more water; simply re-stir to restore workabillty.

Application
For slurry

Apply Crocodile Super Shield in two coats according to specification by brush.
The second coat should be applied, allowing 15-30 minutes apart between each application.
When finished, surface should be left to dry at least 24 hours.

For dry powder on horizontal surfaces
Distribute powder and trowel into the freshly placed concrete once initial set begins
