จระเข้ 621 สแตนดาร์ด เกร้าท์ เป็นปูนเกร้าท์ที่มีประสิทธิภาพสูง ประกอบไปด้วยปูนซีเมนต์พิเศษคุณภาพสูงสารผสมเพิ่ม และซิลิก้าเป็นองค์ประกอบ ใช้งานง่าย รับกําลังแรงอัดสูง ไม่หดตัวและไม่มีการเยิ้มนํ้าบนผิวคอนกรีต การใช้งานเหมาะสําหรับงานเกร้าท์ฐานเพื่อรองรับชิ้นส่วนโครงสร้างต่าง ๆ รวมถึง เสา คาน ผนังคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กสําเร็จรูป ฐานเครื่องจักรโรงงาน

การเตรียมพื้นผิว

การเตรียมพื้นผิว : พื้นผิวคอนกรีตต้องมีความแข็งแรง สกัดส่วนที่ไม่แข็งแรงออก และมีความสะอาด ไม่มีขี้ปูนและคราบน้ำยาทาแบบหรือน้ำยาบ่ม ตกค้างอยู่บนพื้นผิว กรณีมีเหล็กเสริมโครงสร้างเป็นสนิม ให้ขัดสนิมออกให้เหลือเนื้อเหล็กที่ดี หากมีความเสียหายมาก ให้ทำการเสริมเหล็กใหม่ก่อน โดยทำภายใต้การดูแลของวิศวกรคุมงาน
การบ่มน้ำ : พื้นผิวคอนกรีตก่อนเทเกร้าท์ต้องรดน้ำหรือขังน้ำไว้ อย่างน้อย 1-3 ชั่วโมง หรือมากกว่า ขึ้นกับความหนาแน่นของคอนกรีตเดิมและคุณสมบัติการเซ็ทตัวของผลิตภัณฑ์ ก่อนเท ให้ไล่น้ำที่ตกค้างอยู่บนผิวออกให้หมดด้วยวิธีการที่เหมาะสม ลักษณะของคอนกรีตก่อนเทเกร้าท์จะต้องมีความอิ่มน้ำแต่ ไม่มีน้ำเยิ้มหรือไม่มีน้ำขังที่ผิว

จระเข้ 621 สแตนดราต์ เกร้าท์ 1 ถุง/ 20 กก. กับน้ำสะอาด 3 – 3.5 ลิตร (14% - 16%)
การผสมแบบไมโครคอนกรีต กรณีต้องการทำงานที่ความหนาเกิน 70 มม. สามารถเติม หิน 3/8 นิ้ว ได้ 25% (5กก.)

การผสม

การผสมแบบมอร์ต้า : ใช้เครื่องผสมที่เหมาะสมในการผสมผลิตภัณฑ์ การผสมด้วยสว่านมือ ให้ใช้รอบต่ำ 400-500 รอบต่อนาที และเลือกหัวปั่นที่ช่วยให้ผลิตภัณฑ์เข้ากันได้ดี ในกรณีการผสมเพื่อใช้ในพื้นที่กว้าง เลือกใช้เครื่องผสมแบบใบพัดที่รักษารอบการปั่นได้ ห้ามใช้โม่ลูกข่างผสม ใช้น้ำสะอาดในการผสม โดยผสมตามอัตราส่วนผสมตามคำแนะนำในเอกสารทางเทคนิค ปั่นผสมให้ผลิตภัณฑ์เข้าเป็นเนื้อเดียวกัน ปั่นต่อเนื่องนานอย่างน้อย 3 นาที รักษารอบการปั่น ให้สม่ำเสมอตลอดการผสม
การผสมแบบไมโครคอนกรีต : กรณีต้องการทำงานที่ความหนาเกิน 70 มม. สามารถแบบไมโครคอนกรีต โดยผสมหินเกล็ดเพื่อเพิ่มความหนา ในอัตราส่วน จระเข้ 621 สแตนดาร์ต เกร้าท์ 1 ถุง/20 กก. กับหินเกล็ด ขนาด 3/8 นิ้ว (9 มม.) ประมาณ 5 กก. ระวังให้หินนั้นมีความสะอาดและอิ่มน้ำแต่แห้ง (การเตรียมหินเกล็ดตามมาตรฐาน SSD) พักปูนเกร้าท์ที่ผสมแล้วไว้ ประมาณ 2 นาทีก่อนนำไปเท

หมายเหตุ : ควรผสมปูนเกร้าท์ ในปริมาณที่จะใช้ให้หมดภายใน 20 นาที และไม่ควรนําส่วนผสมมาเติมนํ้าเพื่อนํากลับมาใช้อีก

การใช้งาน

การเทเกร้าท์ควรเทจากจุดเดียว ให้ผลิตภัณฑ์ไหลตัวและสามารถไล่อากาศออกได้สะดวก ช่วยลดโอกาสเกิดโพรงอากาศขณะเท และป้องกันไม่ให้น้ำที่อาจตกค้างอยู่บนผิวหน้ายกตัวขึ้นไปสัมผัสกับฐานเหล็กด้านบน
กรณีเทปูนเกร้าท์ใต้แท่นเครื่องที่มีร่อง หลุมสลักเกรียว ให้เทปูนเกร้าท์ในร่องหรือหลุมนั้นให้เต็มก่อน ที่จะเทปูนเกร้าท์ ในบริเวณช่องว่างระหว่างพื้นและตัวแท่นเครื่อง

การบ่มหลังเทเกร้าท์
ขั้นตอนการบ่มน้ำมีความสำคัญต่อการพัฒนาความแข็งแรงและคุณสมบัติพิเศษต่าง ๆ รวมถึงลดโอกาสการเกิดรอยแตกร้าวของปูนแกร้าท์ขณะก่อตัว เพื่อให้กระบวนการก่อตัวของผลิตเป็นไปอย่างสมบูรณ์ จึงควรทำการบ่มน้ำบริเวณผิวหน้าปูนเกร้าท์ที่เปิดอยู่ ทันทีที่ผิวหน้าเริ่มแข็งตัว โดยคลุมบริเวณผิวหน้าด้วยพลาสติก หรือกระสอบป่านที่รดน้ำให้ชุ่มตลอดเวลาติดต่อกันจนกว่าจะถอดแบบ ประมาณ 2-3 วัน หลังถอดแบบแล้ว สามารถใช้ น้ำยาบ่มจระเข้ แอดมิค เคียว ในการบ่มต่อไปได้

Information
Crocodile 621 Standard Grout It is a composed of special high quality cement, proprietary additives and silica aggregate. Crocodile 621 Standard Grout exhibits positive expansion and dependable, effective grout for use in supporting structural building members, including columns, beams and precast wall panels.

Substrate Preparation
Surface foundation : The substrate must be in a good condition. Any incomplete concrete, dirt, form-oil, curing compound have to be removed. All damage rebars have to be treated and reinforced before placing (under controlled by professional engineer).
Pre-Wetting : Several hours of soaking or flooding is required for concrete substrate. In condition of application with high density concrete, it may require longer damped time. All free water should be carefully released with particular
instruction. The surface must damp but dry (Saturated Surface-Dry, SSD Condition).

Proportion of Mixing

Crocodile 621 Standard Grout 20 kg/bag per clean water 3-3.5 liters (14%-16%)
Micro-concrete mixing: Adding 25% (5 kg) of aggregate size 3/8 inch for micro-concrete when the depth of placement is over 70 m

Mixing
Pure Mortars : The product should be mixed by a suitable mixer. Use a slow speed 400-500 rpm hand drill and paddle. In case of large work area use a high shear vane mixer. Drum mixer can't provide a sufficiently result.
For reach the product capabilities, use clean water to mix with cement as recommended ratio in product technical datasheet. Continue mixing the product until it becomes homogenously, mix at least 3 minutes with consistency of mixer speed.

Micro-concrete : In case the thickness requirement is over 70 mm, it’s able to add maximum 5 kg. of aggregate size 3/8 inch (9 mm) per 20 kg/bag of Crocodile 621 Standard Grout. Be sure that the aggregate must be immersed but not wet (Refer to SSD Standard for aggregate preparation. Leave the mixed product for 2 minutes before placing.

Concentration of Mixing
The guideline of mixing ratio can be determined depend on the ambience temperature and needed volume. However, add water as minimum as possible so that the mixture is sticky enough. Clean water is recommended.

Application
Placing the mixed product on onside of the void to eliminate air or remain pre-wet water becoming trapped under the baseplate. In case of under plate grouting, if there are any bolt-pockets must be grouted in prior state then continue grouting between the substrate and the base plate. It is recommended to set the position of head placing across the shorts distance of flowing direction.

Curing
The exposed areas should be toughly cured to complete of the product setting process. This could be done by wetting the surface of the grout immediately after it start to harden, and covering it with plastic sheets or wet hessian cloth. Continue curing process until the form is released. It is recommended to use Crocodile Admix Cure apply on all grouting surface for complete product curing time.
