ปูนปรับระดับ จระเข้ เซลฟ์-เลเวลลิ่ง เหมาะสำหรับงานการเตรียมพื้นผิวซีเมนต์ เพื่อปูพรม ปูไม้ลามิเนต ปูไม้ปาร์เก้ ปูกระเบื้องยาง กระเบื้องเซรามิค หรืออื่น ๆ

จระเข้ เซลฟ์-เลเวลลิ่ง ปูนเทปรับระดับสำหรับใช้เตรียมพื้นผิวคอนกรีตหรือซีเมนต์ให้เรียบและได้ระดับ สามารถยึดเกาะได้ดีกับผิวซีเมนต์ รับแรงได้สูง ไม่หดตัว แห้งตัวได้เร็ว และสามารถไหลปรับระดับพื้นได้เอง โดยไม่ต้องใช้เกรียงปาดช่วย พื้นผิวที่ได้จะมีความเรียบเนียน และแห้งตัวได้เร็ว (ภายใน 3–4 ชั่วโมง) พื้นผิวที่ได้สามารถตกแต่งผิวด้วยวัสดุอื่นๆ ได้ภายใน 16 ชั่วโมง สามารถใช้งานได้ตั้งแต่ความหนาแบบบางๆ จนถึง 125 มม. (5 นิ้ว) โดยไม่หลุดล่อน

การเตรียมพื้นผิว

พื้นผิวที่จะปรับระดับจะต้องแข็งแรง สะอาด ปราศจากฝุ่น คราบน้ำมัน ไขมัน หรือน้ำยาบ่มคอนกรีต และสี
ควรทำความสะอาดพื้นผิวด้วยน้ำสะอาดแล้วปล่อยให้พื้นผิวแห้ง
ควรทารองพื้นด้วย จระเข้ ไพร์มเมอร์ เอส โดยนำ จระเข้ ไพร์มเมอร์ เอส ผสมน้ำ 1:1 ส่วนโดยปริมาตร และปล่อยให้แห้งประมาณ 3 ชั่วโมง แต่ห้ามทิ้งไว้เกิน 24 ชั่วโมง
กรณีพื้นผิวที่มีอัตราการดูดน้ำสูง แนะนำให้ทารองพื้นจระเข้ ไพร์มเมอร์ เอส 2 ครั้ง

อัตราส่วนผสม

จระเข้ เซลฟ์-เลเวลลิ่ง 20 กก. ต่อ น้ำ 4 ลิตร (โดยน้ำหนัก) หรือ
จระเข้ เซลฟ์-เลเวลลิ่ง 3.6-3.8 ส่วน ต่อ น้ำ 1 ส่วน (โดยปริมาตร)
แนะนำให้ผสมจระเข้ เซลฟ์-เลเวลลิ่ง ผสม 2 ถุงต่อเนื่อง

การผสม

เตรียมน้ำในภาชนะสำหรับผสม แล้วเทปูนปรับระดับ จระเข้ เซลฟ์-เลเวลลิ่ง ลงไป
ใช้หัวปั่นที่มีความเร็วรอบประมาณ 650 rpm ผสมให้เข้ากันโดยใช้เวลาผสมประมาณ 2-3 นาที
กรณีเทหนา 40 - 125 มม. ให้ผสมด้วยหินกรวด ขนาด 3-6 มม. โดยผสมจระเข้ เซลฟ์-เลเวลลิ่ง ด้วยน้ำให้เข้ากัน แล้วค่อยเทหินกรวดลงไปในส่วนผสมที่ได้

การใช้งาน
กรณีเท ความหนาน้อยกว่า 40 มม.

นำส่วนผสมที่ได้ค่อยเทลงพื้น จระเข้ เซลฟ์-เลเวลลิ่ง สามารถไหลปรับตัวได้เอง ภายใน 20 นาที หลังจากผสมโดยไม่จำเป็นต้องใช้เกรียงปาดช่วย
ปล่อยให้แห้ง สามารถเดินบนพื้นที่เทภายใน 3-4 ชั่วโมง และสามารถจะปูพื้นผิวด้วยวัสดุอื่นได้ภายใน 16 ชั่วโมง

กรณี เทความหนา 40 - 125 มม. (ผสมหินกรวด)

นำส่วนผสมจระเข้ เซลฟ์-เลเวลลิ่ง ที่ผสมหินกรวด ปรับระดับพื้นอาจจะทำให้พื้นผิวที่ไม่เรียบอาจจะต้องปรับผิวให้เรียบอีกครั้งด้วย

Information
Crocodile self-leveling is single component, high strength, non-shrink, fast setting, self-leveling underlayment that provides a flat, smooth, durable surface with minimum installation time and cost. Crocodile self-leveling uses a Portland cement polymer modified binder system, that when mixed only with water, poured or pumped (no trowelling needed) onto the floor, will level and smooth concrete and other subfloors prior to the installation of floor coverings. Crocodile self-leveling provides a superior bond to the substrate, can be applied up to 125 mm (5 inch), and accepts foot traffic in 3-4 hours and floor coverage in 16 hours.

Application Instruction
Substrate Preparation
All substrates must be clean, dry and primed before Crocodile Self-Leveling is applied. 1 Liter of Crocodile Primer mixed with 1 liter of clean potable water will cover approximately 8-10 sq.m of floor area. Primer must be applied evenly with a nylon push broom with exploded tips. Do not use paint rollers, mops, or spray equipment. Apply a thin primer layer leaving no bare spots, puddles or excess primer. Allow to dry to a clear, thin film (usually 3 hours, but less than 24 hours). To avoid the development of bubbles and pin-holes in Crocodile Self-Leveling, very absorbent concrete, such as abrade floors, may require two application of Primer. Apply the first coat of Primer diluted with 3 parts water, let completely dry (minimum 3 hours) and install a second application of primer mixed 1:1 with water. Let dry the apply Crocodile Self-Leveling.
Mixing
Mix Crocodile Self-Leveling 20 kg with water 4 liters or Crocodile Self-Leveling 3.6-3.8 parts per water 1 part (by volume). Then add the Crocodile Self-Leveling while mixing at full speed with a paddle mixer attached to a heavy-dutydrill (min 650 rpm). Mix completely for a minimum of 2-3 minutes until lump free.

Application
Crocodile Self-Leveling will level itself for 20 minutes at 21 ºC no troweling needed. Recommend to mix 2nd portion (of Crocodile Self-Leveling) immediately to apply continually. It can also be pumped affording high productivity and continuous smooth placement.
