For concete surface with >3mm crak saw off crack area to a U shape or big enough to apply Dr.Fixit M25 Sealant to plug crack area and allow to cure a day prior to working on area For concrete suface with hairling crack apply Dr.Fixit Bath Seal Super over hairline. Apply On Various Symmetricag Angle Edge Joints For concrete surface that show grooves and joints marks apply Dr.Fixit Ms 25 Sealant or other structre joint sealant, leave to cure for 1 day prior to applying next step. Apply various right-angle edge/ corner wall to floor joints with Fillet/Chamfew with Dr.Fixit MS 25 sealant. Seal floor brain floor joint area particularly on joint of pipe surface with Dr.Fixit Ms 25 Sealant. 1.2 Caramic Tile Granite Tile Stone Tile Surface Tile surface must be strong with good adhesion, knock on tile to check for hollow sound, good condition should not sourd hollow. Tile surface must be free of all loose dirty mateials, duat free, oil stain or other stains thet would affect waterproof coating adhesion. For when loose or broken tile encounter, repair surface with trowel cementitious mortar Dr.Fixit UniRepair FC. For glossy tile sand with sandpaper or concrete saw. 2 Mixing Dr.Fixit Bath Seal Super is a ready to use product. Stir with electric stirrer at low speed prior to application. 3 Applications Apply after priming (applicable if priming is applied) Roll/brush Dr.Fixit Bath Seal Super , 1 coat apply at coverage rate of 1.2-1.6 kg/sqm. Recommend apply around 2 to 3 coats (approximately 0.6-0.8 mm. dry film thickness). Leave 1 coat to cure 1 to 2 hours prior applying 2 coat perpendicularly. If necessary apply 3 coat perpendicular to 2 coat. 4 Cleaning Clean all tool and equipment with water immediately after use. 5 precautious & Limitations Apply Dr.Fixit Bath Seal Super. when surface is dry , not damp. And do not apply during rain Dr.Fixit Bath Seal Super. Do not mix water into Dr.Fixit Bath Seal Super. Concrete must be 28 days old cure, fresh apply skim coat/ plaster mortar/ render leave to cure 7 days. Suitable for interval applications, for external applications apply with top coat apply on Dr.Fixit Bath Seal Super.
