จระเข้ อะคริลิก ซีล พลัส เหมาะสำหรับงานยาแนวขอบประตูหน้าต่างและอุดร่องทั่วๆ ไป สามารถใช้กับร่องที่ขยับตัวได้ เหมาะสำหรับงานภายใน เช่น งานติดตั้งเฟรมประตู หน้าต่าง รอยต่อระหว่างขอบวงกบ ไม้ อลูมิเนียม กับขอบผนังปูน งานติดตั้งเฟอร์นิเจอร์บิลท์อิน งานติดตั้งสุขภัณฑ์และอุปกรณ์อุดรอยต่อกระเบื้องระหว่างพื้นและผนัง เป็นต้น

จระเข้ อะคริลิก ซีล พลัส เป็นวัสดุอุดยาแนวประเภทอะคริลิกเกรดพิเศษสำเร็จรูป ใช้สำหรับงานอุดรอยต่อ แห้งตัวเร็ว มีความยืดหยุ่น การยึดเกาะดีเยี่ยม ผสมสารป้องกันการเกิดเชื้อรา สามารถยึดเกาะได้หลากหลายพื้นผิว เช่น คอนกรีต ไม้ เซรามิค ผนังปูนฉาบ แผ่นไม้สังเคราะห์

การเตรียมพื้นผิว

พื้นผิวต้องแห้ง สะอาด ปราศจากฝุ่น สี คราบน้ำมัน หรือสิ่งสกปรก
ขนาดร่องที่เหมาะสม ควรกว้างประมาน 3-12 มิลลิเมตร ลึก 5-10 มิลลิเมตร โดยความกว้างควรเท่ากับหรือมากกว่าความลึกของร่อง อาจใช้โฟมเส้นอุดรอยต่อเพื่อปรับระยะความลึกให้เหมาะสม
ใช้เทปกาวปิดข้างแนวรอยต่อเพื่อไม่ให้มีส่วนเกินล้นออกแนวต่อในขณะอุดรอยต่อด้วย จระเข้ อะคริลิก ซีล พลัส

การใช้งาน

ตัดปลายหลอดและปลายจุก (เฉียง 45 องศา) และสวมจุกเข้ากับหลอด จระเข้ อะคริลิก ซีล พลัส
ใช้ปืนยิงกาวชนิดก้านคู่หรือแบบอัดลม บีบกาวในร่องที่ต้องการให้เต็มร่อง
ปาดเนื้อกาวให้เรียบ ภายใน 15 นาที
เช็ดทำความสะอาดส่วนเกินด้วยผ้าหรือฟองน้ำชุบน้ำหมาด
ลอกกระดาษกาวด้านข้างออกภายใน 10-15 นาทีก่อนกาวแห้ง
ทิ้งไว้ 24 ชั่วโมง. ก่อนใช้งานหรือทาสีทับ

Information
Crocodile Acrylic Seal Plus is a one-component, water based, acrylic sealant. Crocodile Acrylic Seal Plus cures quickly when in contact with air and humidity, making a permanent, flexible seal with strong adhesion to different materials (even porous substrates without primer). Crocodile Acrylic Seal Plus features anti-fungus additives to protect against the growth of mold and fungus. Crocodile Acrylic Seal Plus is suitable for interior applications on a wide variety of substrates, such as concrete, mortar, aluminum, wood, metal, ceramic, roofing tile, plastic, brick, marble, plasterboard, and cement sheet.Crocodile Acrylic Seal Plus is specifically formulated for gaps and joints where expansion and contraction can cause rigid fillers to crack or fall out.

Application Instruction
Substrate Preparation
Any damage to the surface should be repaired prior to application, using patching mortar. Joints must be clean, dry, and free of dust, oil, paint, or any surface contaminants. Joint sizes may range from 3-12 mm in width and 5-10 mm in depth. The width should be wider but smaller than the depth, for better elongation. Bond breaker may be used to adjust the depth/width ratio. Masking tape should be used
on both sides of the joint to control joint width.
Application
Cut away the top part of the threaded end of the cartridge and plastic tip. Position the cartridge in a manual or air powered caulking gun. Squeeze out one or more beads, depending on the width of the joint to be filled. Remove the masking tape before the sealant cures (within 10 minutes). Let Acrylic Seal Plus fully cure for 24 hours (depending on joint depth) before use or painting. Clean hands and equipment with water after
application.
