จระเข้ ซิลิโคน ซีล เอ็น พลัส เป็นซิลิโคนกันซึมอเนกประสงค์ เนื้อซิลิโคนยาแนว 100% คุณภาพสูง ไม่ใช้กรดอะซิติกเป็นตัวทำลาย จึงไม่เกิดกลิ่นเปรี้ยวในขณะแห้งตัว และไม่กัดผิวหรือเปลี่ยนสีโลหะอ่อนไหวที่สัมผัส เช่น สังกะสี ทองเหลือง บ่มตัวโดยใช้ความชื้นในอากาศเมื่อซิลิโคนมีอายุการใช้งานยาวนาน มีส่วนผสมของสารกันเชื้อรา สามารถใช้งานในบริเวณสัมผัสความชื้นอยู่เสมอ

การเตรียมพื้นผิว

พื้นผิวต้องแห้ง สะอาด ปราศจากฝุ่น สี คราบน้ำมัน หรือสิ่งสกปรก
ขนาดร่องที่เหมาะสม ควรกว้างประมาณ 3-12 มิลลิเมตร ลึก 5-10 มิลลิเมตร โดยความกว้างควรเท่ากับหรือมากกว่าความลึกของร่อง อาจใช้โฟมเส้นอุดรอยต่อเพื่อปรับระยะความลึกให้เหมาะสม
ใช้เทปกาวปิดข้างแนวรอยต่อเพื่อไม่ให้มีส่วนเกินล้นออกแนวต่อในขณะอุดรอยต่อ

การใช้งาน

ตัดปลายหลอดและปลายจุก (เฉียง 45 องศา) และสวมจุกเข้ากับหลอด จระเข้ ซิลิโคน ซีล เอ็น พลัส
ใช้ปืนยิงกาวชนิดก้านคู่หรือแบบอัดลม บีบกาวในร่องที่ต้องการให้เต็มร่อง
ปาดเนื้อกาวให้เรียบ ภายใน 30 นาที
เช็ดทำความสะอาดส่วนเกินด้วยผ้าหรือฟองน้ำชุบน้ำหมาด
ลอกกระดาษกาวด้านข้างออกก่อนซิลิโคนแห้งตัว
ทิ้งไว้ 48 ชั่วโมง ก่อนใช้งาน

Information
Crocodile Silicone Seal N Plus is a one component high performance neutral cure silicone sealant designed to resist the growth of mould and mildew where conditions of high humidity and temperature exist. It is especially suited for areas where mold is likely to be a problem such as kitchens, bathrooms, sanitary, refrigerated showcase, cold storage, refrigerated truck, bathrooms, metal sheet, skylights, ventilator system and air-conditioning units, and clean rooms because of its superior anti-mold properties.It is an easy-to-use silicone sealant designed for general purpose glazing and sealing applications where long-term reliability is required. Adhere and seal to well porous and non-porous surfaces including steel, aluminum, glass, masonry, fiberglass, non-oily wood, many plastic surface,and also for using with zinc-coated and galvanized metal building products.

Application Instruction

The silicone sealant should be applied at a thickness not to exceed 6 mm (1/4 in.) from an exposed edge. The recommended minimum joint dimension is 1/4"x1/4" and the maximum joint dimension is 1"x3/8".
Ensure all surfaces that will be in contact with the sealant must be clean, dry, and free of dust, dirt, rust, oil and other contaminants.
Nonporous substrates should be clean with solvent and wipe dry immediately with cloth before the solvent evaporates from the surface. Porous surfaces should be roughening with a stiff-bristled brush, rubbed down or sandblasted.
Cut off tip nozzle and cartridge. Screw on nozzle to cartridge.
Fit into caulking gun; apply on surface in steady flow.
If required, smooth and shape sealant with spatula dipped in mild detergent.
To remove excess uncured sealant with a mineral turpentine soaked cloth. Fully cured excess sealant can be removed by trimming with a sharp knife.
Content fully cures in 48 hours.
