จระเข้ พียู โฟม (PU Foam) โพลียูรีเทน ชนิดสเปรย์โฟม ส่วนผสมเดียว เป็นโฟมกระป๋องสำเร็จรูปใช้งานอเนกประสงค์ ขยายตัวได้ ใช้เป็นโฟมอุดรอยรั่ว ใช้อุดรูโพรง ช่องว่าง รอยต่อหรือรอยแตกร้าว สำหรับงานก่อสร้าง งานตกแต่งหรืองานซ่อมแซมทั่วไป ใช้งานง่าย เป็นฉนวนกันความร้อนกันเสียงรบกวน ยึดติดกับพื้นผิวได้หลายประเภท เช่น ปูน คอนกรีต ไม้ กระจก พลาสติก เป็นต้น สเปรย์โฟมใช้ได้ทั้งภายในและภายนอก ใช้งานได้สะดวกโดยใช้หัวฉีดวาล์ว

การเตรียมพื้นผิว

ทำความสะอาดพื้นผิวให้สะอาด ปราศจาก ฝุ่น จารบี คราบน้ำมันหรือเศษวัสดุอื่นๆ
พรมน้ำให้พื้นผิวมีความชื้น

การใช้งาน

เขย่ากระป๋องสเปรย์ จระเข้ พียู โฟม ก่อนใช้งาน อย่างน้อย 20 วินาที
ใส่หัวฉีด คว่ำกระป๋องสเปรย์ลง ฉีดโฟมลงบนพื้นผิวที่ต้องการ โดยขณะทำการฉีดให้คว่ำกระป๋องตลอดเวลา
ฉีดโฟมปริมาณ ขนาด 50% ของรอยแตกหรือช่องว่าง เพื่อให้โฟมขยายตัว
หลังจากแห้งสนิทแล้ว สามารถใช้คัดเตอร์ตัดแต่งส่วนเกินที่ไม่ต้องการได้ และทาสีทับได้
เมื่อใช้เสร็จให้ทำความสะอาดหลอดและปากกระป๋องสเปรย์ทันที เพื่อป้องกันการแข็งตัวของโฟมภายในหลอด

Excellent adhesion & filling capacity and high thermal & acoustical insulation value.
Excellent mounting capacity and stability.
Adheres to almost all building materials with the exception of surfaces such as polyethylene, Teflon, silicone and surfaces contaminated with oils and greases, mold release agents and similar materials.
Mould-proof, water-proof, over paintable.
Cured foam dries rigid and can be trimmed, shaped and sanded.

Application

Fixing and insulating of door and window frames.
Filling and sealing gaps, joints and cavities.
Filling of penetrations in walls.
Insulating electrical outlets and water pipes.

Color : Yellow
Packing Net Weight : 500 ml.

Information
Crocodile Pu Foam is a single-component, moisture-curing and self-expanding aerosol polyurethane foam. It is designed for easy dispensing through the straw adapter included with each can. It does not contain any propellant gases that are harmful to the ozone layer.

Instructions
Shake the aerosol can for at least 20 seconds. Put the straw on the valve. Moisten surfaces with a water sprayer prior to application. Fill holes and cavities for 50%, as the foam will expand. Repeat shaking regularly during application. If you have to work in layers repeat moistening after each layer. Fresh foam can be removed using acetone. Cured foam can only be removed mechanically. Working temperature
5°C to 35°C. (20°C-25°C recommended).
