ลักษณะการใช้งาน

ยางวอเตอร์ สต็อป จระเข้ เหมาะกับการใช้งานในการกั้นนํ้ารอยต่อโครงสร้างที่ไม่มีการเคลื่อนไหวหรือขยายตัว ทั้งในแนวตั้งและแนวนอน
ผลิตภัณฑ์มีความยืดหยุ่นและนํ้าหนักเบา สามารถติดตั้งได้กับบริเวณที่พื้นผิวไม่เรียบและใช้พันรอบท่อที่ฝังในคอนกรีตได้
สามารถติดตั้งได้ทั้งในสภาวะอากาศที่ร้อนหรือเย็น ใช้ได้ทั้งในสภาวะที่มีแรงดันนํ้าตลอดเวลา และบริเวณที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลง ของระดับนํ้า
ติดตั้งได้ทั้งกับคอนกรีต เหล็ก พีวีซี ด้วยการติดลงบนหน้า สัมผัสหรือยึดด้วยตะปู หรืออาจใช้ จระเข้ ลาเท็กซ์ หรือกาวชนิด บิทูเมนเป็นตัวประสาน โดยต้องการระยะคอนกรีตห่อหุ้มไม่มาก (>5 ซม. จากขอบ) รอยต่อประสานกันด้วยการต่อชนธรรมดา ไม้ต้องซ้อนทับ

Information
Crocodile Expanding Waterstop is made from Bentonite and Butyl Rubber which provides superior expansion to seal cracks and fill small voids. It is a flexible strip concrete construction joint waterstop that provides a positive seal by expanding upon contact with water. Crocodile Expanding Waterstop is an active waterstop that functionally replaces conventional passive PVC dumbbell waterstops. It is designed for both continuous and intermittent hydrostatic conditions and hydrostatic head resistance 120 PSI (8 bar).

Application

The substrate must be sound, clean dry and free from all surface contaminants.
Remove protective backing from the adhesive side , and press a continuous roll of Crocodile Expanding Waterstop firmly onto the surface.
Ends can be either butt-joined or kneaded together to form a continuous, uninterrupted seal.
On vertical installation, it is recommended to use adhesive or nails to ensure firm fixing of waterstop during concrete placement. Besides use of adhesive or nails, the use of nails at approximate 30 cm spacing is allowed for waterstop installation.
Do not allow waterstop to be exposed to rain or standing water prior to pouring of concrete.
