ดร.ฟิคสิทเดนซี่ บล็อค เป็นน้ำยาปูนทึบน้ำ สูตรลิเทียมซิลิเกต แปลงสภาพให้พ้นผิวคอนกรีตแข็งปราศจากฝุ่น สามารถแทรกซึมคอนกรีตได้ลึกและสม่ำเสมอ ป้องกันการซึมผ่านของน้ำทั้งด้านบวก และด้านลบได้ดีเยี่ยม ป้องกันการบวมพองของ Floor Coating

ลักษณะการใช้งาน :

คอนกรีต พื้นโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมทั่วไป โกดังสินค้า ลานจอดรถ ถนน ดาดฟ้า ฐานราก ถังน้ำค.ส.ล. และ พื้นที่ที่มีความชื้นสูง

วิธีการใช้งาน

1. การเตรียมพื้นผิว

พื้นผิวคอนกรีดต้องสะอาด ปราศจาก ฝุ่นผง วัสดุหลุดล่อน สีอื่นๆ กำจัดออกโดยการขัด หรือเครื่องฉีดน้ำแรงดันสูง หรือวิธีการอื่นๆ ที่เหมาะสม
กรณีพื้นผิวเป็นแอ่งมีน้ำขัง หรือขรุขระมาก ให้สกัดผิวที่เป็นแอ่งให้หยาบ และให้ทำการปรับผิวให้เรียบโดยใช้ปูนสำหรับเทปรับระดับพื้นผิวให้เรียบสวยด้วย ดร.ฟิคสิท ยูนิท็อป เอสแอลซี-1 จากนั้นรอให้ผิวที่ซ่อมแห้งสนิทอย่างน้อย 7 วัน ก่อนทางานอื่นต่อไป

2. การติดตั้ง

ทา ดร.ฟิคสิท เดนซิ บล็อก ลงบนพื้นผิวที่เตียมไว้ด้วยแปรง หรือลูกกลิ้ง ในอัตราการใช้ 0.2-0.3 ลิตร/ตร.ม./เทียว ขึ้นอยู่กับสภาพพรุพรุนของผิวคอนกรีด ถ้าผิวคอนกรีดหยาบหรือมีรูพรุนมากให้ทา ดร.ฟิคสิท เดนซิ บล็อก 1 เที่ยว ทิ้งให้แห้งประมาณ 1-2 ซม. ก่อนทำขึ้นตอนต่อไป จากนั้นทิ้งไว้ให้แห้งตัวเต็มที่อย่าง 24 ซม. ก่อนจะสามารถเปิดใช้งานพื้นที่ได้

ข้อควรระวังและข้อจำกัด

ควรทำงานในอุณหภูมิปกติ ไม่ควรทำงานขณะที่เย็นจัดหรือร้อนจัด
หลีกเลี่ยงการใช้งานหนัก ในระยะเวลาก่อน 7 วัน
ดร.ฟิคสิท เดนซิ บล็อก มีความเป็นค่างสูง ระหว่างการทำงานควรสวมถุงมือ ที่ปิดจมูก และแว่นตาเพื่อความปลอดภัย
ไม่แนะนำให้ใช้กัรส่วนของโครงสร้าง รอยต่อหรือร่องที่มีการเคลื่อนตัว

DR.Fixit Denzi-Block
Description :
Dr.Fixit Denzi Block helps prevent blistering, peeling of water proofing, paints, and other coatings
that result from rising water /vapor. It also helps preventing “popping” ceramic tiles and parquet.
Dr.Fixit Denzi Block is a polymer modified lithium silicate concrete primer and surface
conditioner. It fills concrete pores with and stops capillary action that brings water and
efflorescence to concrete surface.
Dr.Fixit Denzi Block also reduces the risk of alkaline silicate reactions (ASR).

Area of Application :

As primer and surface conditioner before applying:
Paints, Water Proofing, Coatings
On concrete:
Walls, floor, reinforced concrete water tank, lift Well, concrete foundation, retaining wall,
underground structure, basement, roof, and terrace.

Rate of Uses
* Theoretical consumption without allowance for loss.

Method of Application
Dr.Fixit Denzi Block is applied any time after concrete is fully set.

1. Surface Preparation

Concrete surface must be clean, strong, free of all loose dirty materials, and dust free, oil strain, wax, liquid coating/paint, concrete agent, grease or other stains that would affect adhesion.
If the surface is a basin with water or very rough To extract the surface of the basin to be rough And to make the skin smooth and smooth by using plaster for pouring, adjusting the surface to be smooth with Dr.Fixit Unitop SLC-1 then wait for the skin to dry completely at least 7 days before further work

2. Application

Apply Dr.Fixit Denzi Block at 0.2-0.3 kg/sqm./coat with brush or roll (Depending on surface conditions)
Porous surface must be apply Dr.Fixit Denzi Block 1 coat, leave coat to dry completely 1-2 hours before applying the next step and allow the coatiog to cure for 24 hours.

PRECAUTION & LIMITATIONS

Lithium Silicate will freeze. If is recommended to store in an area between 5 °C to 50 °C.
Do not puddle or apply in thick coats. (Wet film thickness maximum 1 mm.) Too thick coat will have skinning effect and coating cannot penetrate the concrete. Pick up the skin and roll coating for good film appearance.
Lithium Sillcate is harmful if swallowed. Follow recommended safety guidelinse.
Coverage rates depend upon many conditions including application method, surface porosity, applicator, etc.
The use of highly alkaline or acidic cleaners on the treated surface is not recommended and can be damaging.
Protect metal, glass, wood, brick, and painted surface. Wash immediately with clean water if contact occurs.
