Dr. Fixit PU Roofkote is highly durable waterproofing coating having excellent resistance to UV, alkaline and efflorescence, and mould and algae properties. Substr preparation The entire roof surface shall be cleaned, dry and free of all surface coatings or contaminates. All crack, hole must be repair with suitable repairing material and cure before application. Surface must be slope enough to make sure no bonding on roof surface. All joint shall be sealed with suitable sealant. For a polished concrete floor to the first. 2. Priming Apply the mixed of Dr.Fixit PU Roolkote dilute with clean water (2 part of PU Roofkote; 1 Parts of Clean Water) as a prime coat. Approximate area to be waterproof 8-10 m. Allow 1-2 hour between each coat. 3. Mixing Dr.Fixit PU Roofkote the product is available by stirring to a homogeneous bedore use. 4. Applic ations After pimer setting time (In the case of priming). Apply Dr.Fixit PU Roofkote the first layer on the surface with a brush or roller. Rate 0.7 kg/m/coat(1-layer dry film thickness approximately 300-350 micron) recommended to apply 3 layer (3- layer dry film thickness approximatrly 1000 micron) Allow 1st coat to dry for 1-2 hours before applying 2nd coat. Apply 1st coat horizontally, apply 2nd coat vertkally. If necessary, apply layer 3 functionality as well as working in other layers. 5. Cleaning Clean the equipment with water immediately after finish working. Precaution and limitations Dr.Fixit PU Roofkote : for work appropriate temperature 10-35 °C.
