ดร.ฟิคสิท พิดิเกร้าท์ จีพี มอร์ต้าร์เกร๊าท์ชนิดทั่วไป เป็นชนิดเหลว ไหลตัวดี เหมาะสำหรับเทเติมช่องว่าง ขนาด 10-50 มม ระหว่างพื้นคอนกรีตทับเพลท เหล็กของงานซ่อมแซมโครงสร้างคอนกรีต และเมื่อแห้งไม่หดตัวประกอบด้วยส่วนผสมของซีเมนต์ผง แร่ธรรมชาติและเคมีภัณฑ์ป้องกันการหดตัว ชนิดใหม่ปลอดภัยต่อผู้ใช้งาน ประสิทธิภาพไหลตัวดีเยี่ยมโดยไม่สูญเสียคุณสมบัติของการรับน้ำหนัก ทดสอบตามมาตรฐาน ASTM C 1107-02 grade A,B and C fluid Consistency

วิธีการใช้งาน
1. การเตรียมพื้นผิว

พื้นผิวคอนกรีดที่จะเทเกร้าท์ต้องสะอาด แข็งแรง ปราศจากคราบน้ำมัน ผิวปูนต้องแข็งแรง หรือ คราบน้ำยาบ่มและสิ่งอื่นๆ ที่จะเป็นอุปสรรคต่อการยึดเกาะ
พื้นผิวเพลทเหล็ก ต้องสะอาด ปราศจากสนิมและคราบน้ำมัน
ควรพรมน้ำให้ชุ่มก่อนเทเกร้าท์ ไม่ควรมีน้ำขังขณะเท

การเทใต้แผ่นเพลทเหล็กรองรับเสาเหล็กโครงสร้าง Base Plate

ควรพรมน้ำให้ชุ่มก่อนเริ่มงาน 2-3 ซม. โดยไม่มีน้ำขัง
ควรเทมอร์ต้าร์เกร้าท์ให้ต่อเนื่องอุดแบบป้องกันแบบรั่ว และทำให้เพลทเหล็กเย็น ด้วยการรดน้ำและปิดคลุบด้วยกระสอบชุบน้ำก่อนเริ่มงานเท
สามารถใช้ลวดช่วยกระตุ้นการไหล ถ้าต้องการ

2. การฟสม

เท ดร.ฟิคสิท พิดิเกร้าท์ จีพี ลงในภาชนะที่สะอาดสำหรับใช้ผสมที่มีน้ำอยู่แล้ว โดย 1 ถุง 25 กก. จะใช้น้ำประมาณ 3.75-4 (15-16%) ลิตร เพื่อให้การผสมเป็นเนื้อเดียวกัน ให้กวนด้วยเครื่องผสมความเร็วต่ำ (ไม่เกิน 500 รอบต่อนาที) ประมาณ 2-3 นาที จนได้เนื้อเกร้าท์ที่มีสีเดียวกันสม่ำเสมอ ใช้ให้หมดภายใน 15 นาที

3. การทำงาน

หลังจากผสม ดร.ฟิคสิท พิดิเกร้าท์ จีพี แล้วเทลงในช่องที่ต้องการจะเกร้าท์และระวังอย่าให้เกิดฟองอากาศในเนื้อเกร้าท์โดยควบคุม แรงดันในการเทให้เป็นไปอย่างสม่ำเสมอตลอดเวลา แบบที่เตรียมไว้เพื่อเทต้องหนาแน่นและไม่รั่ว

4. การทำความสะอาด

ควรล้างเครื่องมือผสมด้วยน้ำทันทีก่อนปูนเกร้าท์แห้ง
กรณีที่แห้งควรสกัดออกด้วยแรงกล

ข้อควรระวังและข้อจำกัด

อุณหภูมิขณะเท ควรอยู่ระหว่าง 25-35 °C
ห้าม ใช้เทในห้องเย็น
ห้าม เติมน้ำเกินกว่ากำหนด

มอร์ต้าร์เกร้าท์ชนิดทั่วไป

หลีกเลี่ยงการผสมและเทกลางแดดลมแรง
ห้าม ใช้มอร์ต้าร์เกร้าท์เทเป็นท็อปปิ้งพื้น
การเทเกร้าท์ได้เพลทเหล็ก กลางแดดลมจัด อาจเกิดการแตกร้าว บริเวณมุมแหลมของเพลทเนื่องจากเหล็กขยายตัวขณะที่มอร์ต้าร์เกร้าท์อยู่ระหว่างพัฒนาค่ารับน้ำหนัก ดังนั้นต้องรดน้ำให้เพลทเหล็กเย็นลงและคลุมเพลทเหล็กด้วยกระสอบชุบน้ำ ก่อนเริ่มงานเทเกร้าท์
การเทได้งานเครื่องจักร ควรเตรียมเครื่องมือผสม เช่น สว่างมากกว่า 1 เครื่อง เพื่อผสมและเทได้ต่อเนื่องไม่เกิดรอยต่อ

หากมอร์ต้าร์เกร้าท์สัมผัสดวงตาหรือผิวหนัง ควรล้างออกด้วยน้ำสะอาดจำนวนมากทันที และปรึษาแพทย์
เก็บให้พันมือเด็ก และห้ามรับประทาน

Dr. Fixit Pidigrout GP
Dr. Fixit Pidigrout GP is a uniform blend of finely graded silica aggregate, select Portland cement, expansion agent and other admixtures (Green Super plasticizer).
Dr. Fixit Pidigrout GP is a ready-to-use fluid non-shrink grout specifically for applications where grout is to be pumped or poured into restricted spaces. Typical applications include support of structural elements such as precast walls, beams, columns and panels and filling voids (10-50 mm) around door frames, between precast wall panels, block outs and many other types of narrow or confined areas in concrete construction.
Area of Application :

Cavities, gaps and recesses
Anchor bolts
Structural columns in pre-cast crane rail construction grouting
Machinery foundation
Bridge bearing pad in pre-cast crane rail construction grouting

Method of Application

1. SURFACE PREPARATION
Clean the surface with wire brush to remove loose particles & hidden dirt on yhe concrete surface.
Wash the surface with water and saturate it for at least 24 hours. Remove any standing water
after 24 hours. Formwork should be well sealed to prevent leakage before starting grouting operation.
2. MIXING
Wet the ineide of the mechanically powered paddlad/drum type grout mixer or container with water, before starting to mix a batch of 1 bag of 25 kg Dr.Fixit Pidigrout GP per 3.75-4 Ltr
water (15-16%). Allow to mix for additional 2-3 minutes until a smooth, uniform homogeneous mix with 15 minutes pot life is achieved.

3. APPLICATION
After mixing pour Dr.Fixit Pidigrout GP, maintant constant hydro-static pressure to ensure continuous flow is applied on surface to allow grout to be breathable. Wire can be used to make sure all the cavities are filled and improve fluidity.

4. CLEANING

Clean off grout on equipment with water before grout dries up
If grout dries out on equipment peel off with tool

Precautions & Limitations ;

Working Tempeayure 25-35 °C
Soak yhe area with water for 24 hours before grouting.
Ensure that the shuttering is leak proof
Do not add extra water in any cicrumstances
Avoid application in direct sun and/ or strong wind
Cool down steel base plate with water
Cover the exposed areas of grout with damp sack to prevent cracking due to heat generation during
Use more than 1 mixer when applying Dr.Fixit Pidigrout GP

Storage

6 months Shelf life
Store at cool & dry place (+23 °C + 2%), away from moisture 50% + 5 RH (ISO 554)

Health & Safety Precautions

As with all chemical products, caution should always be exercised
Protective clothing such as gloves, goggles and facwmask should be worn
Treat any contact to the skin or eyes with fresh water immediately
Should any of the products be swallowed, do not induce vomiting but call for medical assistance immediately
