Sika® Plastocrete®-903 ใชเพื่อหน่วงเวลาการก่อตัวของคอนกรีต สำหรับคอนกรีตที่ต้องการคุณภาพสูง ซึ่งหน้างานอยู่ในสภาวะที่ยาก ลำบากโดยเฉพาะสภาพอากาศร้อน โดยขยายระยะเวลาหล่อเข้าแบบ และแข็งตัวของคอนกรีตสด Sika® Plastocrete®-903 เหมาะสำหรับ คอนกรีตผสมเสร็จที่มีส่วนผสมของเถ้าลอยในปริมาณ 0-30 %

ข้อมูลการใช้งาน
การจ่ายน้ำยา : ควรจ่ายน้ำยา Sika® Plastocrete®-903 ในปริมาณที่เหมาะสมลงไปผสมกับน้ำโดยตรง ก่อนที่จะเติมน้ำผสมน้ำยาลงในวัสดุผสมคอนกรีตอื่นๆ

อัตราการใช้ : 250 - 800 ซีซี ต่อน้ำหนัก 100 กิโลกรัมของซีเมนต์รวมส่วนผสมทดแทน ปริมาณที่แนะนำ ในสภาวะปกติเท่ากับ 400 - 600 ซีซี ต่อน้ำหนัก 100 กิโลกรัม ของซีเมนต์รวม ส่วนผสมทดแทน ในสภาวะที่ยากต่อการก่อตัวของคอนกรีตสามารถเพิ่มปริมาณการใช้ได้ ปริมาณการใช้งานจริง ขึ้นอยู่กับคุณภาพของซีเมนต์ หิน ทราย ที่ใช้ อัตราส่วนน้ำต่อซีเมนต์ (W/C Ratio) และสภาพอุณหภูมิโดยรอบ ในทางปฏิบัติแนะนำให้ทำการทดสอบภายในห้องทดลอง เพื่อหาปริมาณที่เหมาะสม Sika® Plastocrete®-903 ใช้ได้กับปูนซีเมนต์ปอร์ตแลนด์ทุกประเภท รวมทั้งปูนซีเมนต์ปอร์ตแลนด์ต้านทานซัลเฟตประเภทที่ 5 (S.R.C.) และปูนซีเมนต์ไฮดรอลิก

Water-Reducing and Retarding Concrete Admixture

Sika® Plastocrete®-903 is new developed concrete admixture as a liquid set retaeding type with a plasticizing effect. Substantial water reduction can be achieved without loss of workbility.

Sika® Plastocrete®-903 provides the following properties :

Extended setting times at elevated temperatures
Longlasting control of slump loss
Improved workbility without increased water content

Usage
Sika® Plastocrete®-903 is used as set-retaeding concrete admixture where high quality is required at difficult conditions, especially at high ambient temperatures. It extends the peroid of time when fresh concrete can be placed and compacted. Sika® Plastocrete®-903 is most suiteble for ready-mixed concrete with PFA content of 0-30% on cement.

Product Information
Composition : Blend of refined lignosulfonate, carboxylicacid and additives
Shelf life : 12 months from the date of production If stored properly in undamaged, original, sealed packaging.
Storage conditions : Store in protected area from direct sunshine at temperature between 5°C and 40°C.
Density : 1.160-1.190 kg/l (at temperature 25°C)
pH-Value : 6.5-8.5 Approx.

Specific Advice : Concrete shall be designed in accordance with ACI Standard Recommended Practice for Selecting Proportions of concrete (ACI 211.1-89). The water reducing/set retarding admixture shall be Sika® Plastocrete®-903, as manufactured by Sika or proved equal and shall comply with BS 5075, Part 1 or ASTM C-494 type D & G. It shall be used in strict accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.

Application Information
Dispensing : Sika® Plastocrete®-903 should be dispensed directly into the mixing water prior to its addition to aggregates. Accurate dispensing equipment is readily available from Sika.

Recommended Dosage : 250 - 800 CC per 100 kg. of cementitious. Dosage recommend in normal condition is 400 - 600 CC per 100 kg of cementitious, or add more tolonger set of concrete in difficult condition. Actual dosage rate required is dependent on : Effect sought ; Quality of cement and aggregates ; W/C ; Temperature. In many cases it is advisable to carry out trial mixes to establish the exact rate required. Sika® Plastocrete®-903 is compatible with all types of Portland Cement, including S.R.C. type and Hydraulic Cement
